Love the bug mod! Hahaha great walk around. Love the family concept. I’m getting closer to contacting you guys. Thanks ROA for all the great videos and reviews of all your trailers
These MODs are amazing!!! Gave me soo many ideas! 1st I wanna do is the Hi Lift Jack for the xplore love that Idea! And those BAL tire locks are a must!
I owe John a huge apology. I have been critical of folks having to buy a 80k plus trailer and then have to spend thousands more on mods. Well now I know that 80 % or more of John's mods are just basically customization for better camping experience and recovery. Turning your trailer around in its own space is awesome!! I hope I will be able to add a lot of these mods to my trailer. Especially the positive pressure filter.
Great improvements. The only thing that I would recommend is to attach a small Vertical Wind Turbine to your ladder. More times than not, The is blowing when the sky is cloudy. Best to you and family.
I wish that there was some manufacturer or dealer that will allow you to customize the trailer so that you don't have to spend even more money to remodel.
Do you have any images/diagrams or any added info on hot shower diverter? routing access for hose where to put T into main line? Which Diverter brand you used? Thanks
What was the external air filter? Looked like the air filter from a 350, but I don’t understand how it would take moisture out… the Dometic version that’s only sold in Australia is $700 aud
I LOVE those storage boxes. as you know I've been drooling over the RKS Purpose for a while. the only downside to the purpose for me would be storage, there's zero cabinets on the inside. I wonder if boxes like that could be mounted to the exterior t slots on the purpose. are those aftermarket or made by Imperial outdoors for the explorer?
I think your on to something in regard to the exterior t slots on the purpose. My guess is those boxes are not made by IO and if they are plz try to talk RKS into building some custom boxes for you. I mean for gods sake sir don't put any IO parts on your RKS 😉 AntiShanty makes so cool aluminum kitchen boxes mounted on the outside. RKS should be able to build those for you.
When is imperial rolling out updates to its remodel? They mentioned something to me regarding a complete redesign . Different suspension, bigger bathroom. Supposed to have been at the nw overland expo but haven't seen anything
@@susanvowell5339 a redesign of their own x22 line. The roamer 1 is kind of missing some stuff from their prototype, and a bit on the pricey side. I do like that it's not as long as they thought. Wonder about the weight.

Trailer going off the canyon rim was an awesome special effects
Back scratcher mod! Clutch!!! Great vid and lucky to have guys like his share their experience!
She is a beautiful Coyote….thanks for taking care of her
An incredibly fun and intelligent dog. And very beautiful.
imperial needs to have a "John " model. I would pay for most of these mods as standard.
Nice work John thanks for sharing!

Where did you get the shampoo dispenser?
Wow, can't wait to start applying some of the great mods to my X22, excellent info, thanks for sharing
Hope that Imperial decides to upgrade the toy hauler.
So epic !! Air filter A/C mod !!
This is the most informative video I’ve seen.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great ideas, I’m going to use some of these mods for sure. Keep the tips coming.👍

the off grid A/C has to be the best mod.
I love it
Nice
I need that outdoor shelf! Where did you get that?
Love all your mods John, awesome video
What is the A/C brand?

There are a bunch… Plan to spend at least 200k

What does the A/C mod and window mod in the rear do to the integrity of the trailer to maintain temp in extremes?

@@bartman1857 those anty shanty “kitchen boxes” powder coated black would be amazing on the side of the Purpose!
@@semorebutts3613 yes sir. Probably go rhino coating though
That is the advantage of not penitrating the box of the trailer with wheel wells you can mount stuff on exterior sidewalls
Those are the stock storage boxes for Xplore. But each trailer only has one. I got a second one and installed it on the propane brackets.
I need to know how he is removing water from the air?
What did you upgrade upto John?
At 10:25 what’s up with the generator out the cool back window?
Won’t that wheel dig in during the turn?

Is what they mentioned to you the new Roamer1 that they're building for ROA or a redesign of their own X22 trailers?

We just bought an X22. What is the community Facebook page?
If you search "Xplore 22 Trailer Community" on Facebook it should pull up, it has a little over 400 members! It's a great resource for any X22 owner.
@14:02 so wait dust gets inside the X22? 🤔
All trailers get dust in them. We have never seen any trailer that doesn’t get dust in it.
@ROAOffRoad so how do you not get dust in a trailer that is 4 seasons and keeps heat and cold in like I've seen in all the videos?
What battery set up are you using ?
(4) 120 AH Expion lithium batteries. 480 AH total.
