The Bears had 6 sacks, Aaron was pressured most of the game and the run was trash. Credit should go to this flurry by Aaron and the defense, they saved the Packers.
Yiga Diego I meant for the touchdown drive specifically. Bak vs Mack was still a good matchup the whole game. Keep in mind last year Mack had 2 forced fumbles so that’s what was in the back of my mind all game long lol.

@@j.franklin21 "Illegal substitution" is kind of a weird name for it, but it is basically catching the opposing team with 12 men on the field. Personally I feel like he was just being safe. He has the arm to throw it further from the stance he used but there were so few offensive opportunities in that game he didn't want to risk overthrowing it. Could have just been a little off, though. He did struggle with accuracy on some throws during that game.

RPO=Run pass option. And yes as a packer fan I can verify, Brett Favre was always carrying out the option on all running plays. Which looked comical. He would hand the ball off to green and then fake a jump pass to nowhere 3-4 times in a drive. Later in the game, on the same running play, he is tossing it off to Driver.

no reason to move to his left? His body motion made 2 Bear LBs and the SS move to the wrong side of the field. Very intentional body movement and like you said, a difficult but perfect throw.
The thing about that post is he is looking the safety off the whole time. Hes purposefully got his body and head that way to make him think hes gonna throw the corner route, then at the last second he turns his upper body and throws it to the deep post, which none of the defense is expecting if you look at the film
He is one of the best QB's at "throwing receivers open". He does this by HARD FAKING, his whole body is pointed in another direction to fake even the best of safeties out and then boom. He has the arm strength to throw off a platform and without squaring his shoulders or feet.
That third play looked like just a plain play action as opposed to an RPO. Is it the fact that Rodgers didn't even pretend to hand it off signal it's RPO? PA has been around forever in that Shanahan/Kubiak offense.
The way Rodgers threw that post made the throw unbelievable with him falling to his left the whole way, but you said it was a perfect ball... don’t you feel it was under thrown? Perfect placement on his part to throw to the right away from the defender but wasn’t it still an under thrown ball?
