If you're hard on the players for doing their job and making them better some people respond to that better. Idk what Biennemy is like personally but it's human nature to respond better to positive reinforcement than negative

Someone needs to thank Ryan Grubb for taking the fall for John Schneider and his inability to get an IOL. Grubb had a 1000 yd rusher in college and a passing game unmatched the biggest thing is he had a OL. No good OC is going to want this gig without assurances from JS that he will fix the IOL through draft and FA this year. It will be another sacrificial lamb QB coach or college coordinator. Why would we want Bieniemy? He threw more than Grubb did. Reich and Griese are the only 2 on this list I would consider

How about Adam Stenavich? or Frank Smith, who Schnieder brought in for a HC interview. Could be a nice addition as OC. I think they should at least consider these two, who have o-line background to help fix this glaring need.
Remember Pete Carroll fired his first OC after 1 season. Jeremy Bates. Not worries about this decision. I feel like Grubb sold himself in the interview, then deliver didn’t the goods. Great passing game mind. I will miss his screens. But he doesn’t have a feel of when to call the runs. I like Peterson. I also don’t have a problem elevating the current passing game coordinator. It would keep the lingo the same but he can changeup the playbook a bit.

Peterson had a lot more than Grubb?? What are you even smoking? Jacksonville’s top WR was a rookie. Who were their other WRs? Some no names while Grubb had JSN, DK and Lockett. At QB Geno Smith is better than Lawrence plus Lawrence missed a handful of games. Seattle also have better RBs, TEs. Seattle was 10-7 despite the poor offense not because of the offense. If this offense was where it’s suppose to be, top 5-10 then Seattle would have 12-13 wins. Put down whatever you’re smoking.
