Tbh I think we need the old school hard ass Bienemy. SO TIRED of the teams overall lack of discipline, and esp DK acting immature. Andy Reid tree aka Holmgren tree, deep west coast passing attack, efficient run game, DOMINANT PA GAME; time to revert back to old tactics
Bienemy hasn't really shown himself to be a great play caller with the opportunities he's been given outside of KC, and Andy Reid is the main offensive guy in KC so hard to know how much credit to give Bienemy. But his time in Washington and his most recent stint in UCLA were not good.
I’m not sure how I feel about Frank Riech, same with Doug Pederson and Chip Kelly. All of these guys were fired as a head coach for a reason. The guys that you want to be the Seahawks OC are already on good teams, and none of those guys are going to leave where they are at.
Being fired as a HC isn’t a bad thing when looking to hire them as an OC, some coaches really are only good at being Coordinators. I think it matters why they were fired, Doug is the only one I don’t really like as he was fired for having a mediocre offense and he doesn’t seem to adapt his playcalling. But that still could change if he isn’t the HC and is just an OC.
I want a guy that has learned from the best (at the pro level, not college) and can come in and interview and say "this is how I would run Seattle's offense based on the personnel we have to work with". Would have to be present at the interview to give a real opinion on any of these guys. It matters much more to me what they say in the interview. Jake Peetz is kind of the "meh" hire. Like, ok we got Jake Peetz. He's a guy. Tanner Engstrand is the "wow, we nailed it" hire. Peetz is kind of... cross your fingers and hope for the best. (same thing we did last year)
Frank Reich was my very first thought, and then I stepped back a little. I want to take a stepback and take a hard look at not just NFL coordinators and play callers but also Canadian football league and check over the NFL EUROPE people. The NFL isn't the only game in town.
Can you check out Justin rascati from cinncy. He is the passing game coordinator and Marc lubick the bills passing game coordinator. I believe they are two out of the box candidates
Sign or verbally agree an OC and more vitaly an olc who can fix the iol As nothing else matters if you have the worst iol on Monday 13th January as it's a lucky day in the Chinese feng shui calendar and the vedic calendar and the Christian lent calendar It's also mathematically very good is it allows a new OC good time to prepare for the draft free agency and also trades new contracts🎉
@ Lawrence isn’t injured enough for that to be an excuse. He was healthy his first 3 years and even this last year before Lawrence did get shut down the offense as basically forcing Lawrence to play Hero ball. Not saying he can’t be a good OC, I just don’t feel comfortable due to him being fired twice when he is an offensive minded coach.
My worry is that peetz isn't mcvay and we end up with a waldron type of coach or since Ryan Grubb didn't work out. is peetz the reason why grubb failed or the whole staff isn't good at all. If he is close to mcvay than heck yeah I just wonder if he is another offensive genius or another coach that isn't mcvay. Right now I want someone that has a background with the oline or used to be a qb like brunell or mccown but the green bay oc is someone I hope they interview Reason why I hope for a qb for an oc is because he can help a rookie qb develop or oline type of oc to help the oline. So I'm leaning toward a coach that not on staff.

Let's get an OC who has been a head coach, like Doug Peterson
About Peetz, Coach Mac said they are not looking to hire from within.
We know, he said that in the video and made a video on it yesterday
You must not have watched the video lol
@@jordanjohnson27 I saw it and didn't hear him say that.
Who brought up Jake Peetz as an option? He seems pretty random.

@ yes I agree with you on that.
Go get a experienced NFL play caller for the OC

Peetz is a passing game specialist? Doesn’t coach want a run specialist?
Davis Webb? Has done wonders with Bo Nix in Denver.
That’s Sean Payton’s doing
So they are likely to want to keep him
Frank Reich was my very first thought, and then I stepped back a little. I want to take a stepback and take a hard look at not just NFL coordinators and play callers but also Canadian football league and check over the NFL EUROPE people. The NFL isn't the only game in town.
frank wright would be my go to
Who tf is frank wright?
@ reich i misspelled it
@@brysonblosser8977 I say go with Doug Peterson he managed to win the Super Bowl with nick foles as QB and against Tom Brady too
@ i believe frank was the oc or qb coach on that staff
@@brysonblosser8977 doug was the oc of that staff

Go Hawks let’s wait until coach Mike makes he’s decision! Great video shit i like all your videos you’re a goat!
Doug Pederson please
Dougie P! PNW guy who won't get poached!
Don’t overlook Musgrave…
Close enough, welcome to Seattle mia khalifa

Erick biennamy or tee martin
Another Shane Waldron.
Frank Reich would be my choice 😊😊😊😊😊
Him or Doug Peterson. An OC who has been a head coach
@@KorithStoneheartI’m not a fan of Doug Pederson, his offense hasn’t really evolved and has been fired twice now due to his offenses being mediocre.
@@jordan3305idk tho. Lawrence keeps on getting injured. Him as an OC would be really good. He’d be a top 5-10 OC

I’m for it but i can’t see him taking it unless no head jobs are available for him
If hes better tjen waldron im all for it
Hard pass
