You hit the nail on the head for your resale business model. Old Nautilus, Icarin, Bodymaster, Hammer strength, Strive, etc. was massively devalued from 2000-2015. most under 10% of msrp for resale. Then you are there with tons of inventory when it's going for 150% msrp 40 years later. I thank you for your grind and have your warehouse on my list to vist.

Started buying small amounts of kit, developed it into a decent PT space, and eventually, after 5 years, it's now running as a boutique 24/7 gym. Still a long way to go.
