Feeling like neither is agender. Sometimes I feel like this. You sound like genderfluid. I am too, sorta - demifluid. Changing but not feeling a lot of anything. It’s all under the enby umbrella.
If course! I’m trans genderfluid and non-binary but that doesn’t (have to) mean that I always feel like neither male or female. Sometimes I do, sometimes I feel more feminine (which is why I also call myself a demigirl or demi-non-binary) and sometimes I feel like I’m both male and female (though I still struggle to accept my male side - when I discovered that I’m trans I initially thought in binary terms and rejected my male side (though I’m still not sure whether me feeling male is because I was raised male). I think your question is also about labels. I myself am often not sure whether I should use labels because I feel like there isn’t the one label that fits me so I use several. I would recommend to just experiment and try to use different label to see which ones fit or if any fits at all. It’s all fine. Remember, you decide what labels you use just like with pronouns - these things only you can decide. Don’t let anyone tell you what to use.
Something that confuses me. To all the people who say that the person in this video is looking for attention. Do they not realise that the person in this video would already have attention anyway? They are gorgeous, they will already have people flocking to their feet, LGBTQ+ or not.
Every human has varying degrees of masculinity and femininity. So, to state the obvious fact of being gender fluid , is just as useful as saying you identify as a human. Claiming your gender, or how you present is a fairly obvious way to gain attention or to seek validation through arguably artificial means. So, instead of focusing on true character attributes….kindness, empathy, determination, love, etc., we focus on trying to get instant validation through classification. Why else would you make a video or state what you are or how you present so vehemently? Yes, in 2023 we are unbelievably egocentric. Very sad.
@@historyrepeated4239 Trust me, there is nothing masculine or feminine about some people I know. You are just using the abelist cop out card to belittle people who are different. The thought of having to tell my family gave me my first panic attack. Then it faded and I thought, "Oh, maybe I'm just non-binary and not being cis just freaked me out." Well now the dysphoria is back again this spring, so I guess for me, being genderfluid means having seasonal dysphoria 💀 Thanks, I hate it.

I'm questioning being genderfluid, and this does help me figure out what will happen if I come out as genderfluid and/or what genderfluid is. Thank you 😊
Thank you... I've been feeling this way. So, I could feel like a boy for one day and be masc presenting that day, but feel and be feminine presenting the next day and be that way for a month straight, and I'd still be genderfluid? I get told I'm not genderfluid if I'm a girl way more than when I'm a boy...
I'm genderfluid and I only use they/them pronouns. I fluctuate between feeling more masc and more fem, but it usually doesn't stray far from the androgynous side of things. One of my friends who is genderfluid uses any pronouns and usually feels more androgynous, but is more likely to feel more fem than masc. Another of my genderfluid friends uses he/they/it and usually feels more masc or off the typical gender spectrum entirely, but hardly, if ever, feels more fem. No two people with the same gender identity will experience it the same way. Everyone is different. Don't feel like you are "a bad *insert identity here*" just because you experience the world differently than other people :)
I read through the comments hoping to gain some insight into what it feels like to be gender fluid or nb, as opposed to defining your gender identity (m/f) and gender expression (m/f) as you see fit. And saw tons of negative dismissive comments instead. Why do people spend their time doing that, like it's their hobby? Don't they have something better to do? Like really, go outside or read a book or learn to cook or find a sport or get some therapy for their anger issues. @Keara Graves Not that your job is to educate us, but if you're up for it I would love to see a video explaining what gender fluid means for you, and how it's different than simply ignoring the stereotypical gender norms to act and dress the way a womanhood means to you. Like, is it that gender norms feel too restrictive altogether so you want to throw them out? Or you feel you want to create your own definition of what it means to be female? And if so, how is that different from being a cis feminist? I apologize if I'm asking the wrong questions. I just find it confusing that talk of being nb always uses the binary terms of masc and fem, like "masc presenting" for example. Isn't that in itself restrictive and reinforcing traditional gender norms (ex girls wear dresses, boys wear pants)? I'm not asking rhetorical sarcastic questions, I'm actually just trying to wrap my head around it all Thanks for taking the time to talk about your experience. Wishing you lots of happiness in your journey.
Woah. I think I just found a new term for myself???? I did NOT know this is what genderfluid meant. I never really cared about my pronouns so I always said call me whatever. I don't care. Some friends call me he and others call me she.. etc. It doesn't bother me. Ofc though I like being called by my birth name but is that what Gender fluid is? A dress honestly however I want and what I want. I was born a female and am comfortable in my body and the parts it has. It's the pronouns I don't really care about.

I identify as non-binary and have for a while, but I’m starting to notice that I feel more masc on some days and more fem on others, and some days like neither.
I’ve been wanting to find someone gender-fluid to ask this, but can gender fluid people be non-binary sometimes?
edit: i’m genderfluid now lol
uh yes of course lol
Genderfluid is under the Nonbinary umbrella, so of course!
Like I say this person in the video is gorgeous, there are far more effective ways to gain attention than declaring gender.
@@johntrevy1No, it is not. To immediately turn this into some kind of accusation of belittling is not useful. Although personal attacks might be preferred by some to shut down conversation. We are all different and I’m certain you don’t really know every masculine or feminine thought in these people you know.
@@johntrevy1 By shaking ass? Yes. But with this they retain a specific ingroup's attention and their respect.
@@historyrepeated4239 What is wild to me is how people use hormones and not feel right.

Mtf They use Estrogen, #1 complaint is that they aren't emotionally stable.
How can you know what you are but than be surprised as you chemically assimilate.
Neither side really knows how it will feel. Chemically w/ your phycology. Your psychology after people start treating you different, actually seriously see you as the one sex you were going for.
I mean bio women don't really know how bio men perceive things, same with the reverse.
It is not as if we don't have many long videos of people who de transitioned (which sadly get their voiced snuffed out because if regular people hear them they will stop believing in the "science" of all this) The social sciences, they have never led us astray.
I don’t get it if your a girl why would someone call you he/him. I’m not trying to be mean I’m simply just trying to understand
Fact#1: you don’t have to be non binary to get attention
You also don't have to be an uncompassionate douche bag.
Can’t speak for others but I can speak for myself. Im not genderfluid because I want attention. Im genderfluid because Its how I interpret my feelings and no ones stopping me from expressing them in this way.
@@Salemroadkill And that is all ok. It just seems to be a really popular way nowadays.
@ferrisbueller9991 its not anymore popular nowadays, it just seems like it because people are getting more educated on these new terms that describe our lived experiences. At one point in time, being left handed wasnt accepted in society and no one talked about it. Does that mean left handed people didnt exist?
Thanks for educating Keara!! You bring such a personability and realness to these topics that straight clinical notes definitely wouldn’t. This is way better. Thanks!!
Watching tik tok/youtube shorts is obviously gonna be more fun than reading clinical notes. Or reading anything... that requires more that 20 seconds of attention.

@@junebunny0712 wait a genderfloran? I’ve never heard that before. I’m just gonna call it genderflower. So what is it?
For you what does "feeling" masculine/feminine mean?
So basically genderfluid is a feeling
I'm not asking rhetorical sarcastic questions, I'm actually just trying to wrap my head around it all
Thanks for taking the time to talk about your experience. Wishing you lots of happiness in your journey.
Ahh thank you, that last one is one I struggle with, I always feel like I should know right away or I’m faking it
I’m gender-fluid, and I wake up feeling like me.
