I think you missed the fact that electric absorption also heals you, it dident use to say it on the card but now it does. Also exploding palm works with all fistweapons like the gauntlet, powerfist and deathclaw gauntlet
The gauntlet with hack and slash and exploding palm is quite overpowered they definitely don’t deserve F tier and bellow I do understand that they are defo not the best but they are crazy good for area affect in like rad rumble expeditions and daily ops at times
Master infiltrator should be S teir it. Like you said, it can save you 3 Points in Perseption and Intelligence for a total of 6 Points. That can be total game changer depending on your build. Also blocking must be really shi in this game, never knew you could even block 😂
they could easily make blocking viable too, just add shields to the game and make it so you can hold them up for as long as you want, but it will drain ap every time it gets hit. currently you can only block with melee weapons and you have to time it perfectly
Hey Great video! However I will say that the “Survival Shortcut” perk card came in clutch for me around lvl 60. That was a time were I was constantly running out of stimpacks and was struggling. The perk card also Fully fills your hunger and thirst meters which is also great in combination with the regular perk card “Rejuvenated”… Good Luck everyone!
Another important point about why Legendary Charisma isn't a great perk is that it does NOT count towards your Charisma when determining whether you can share a particular perk card. Someone who goes base 15 Charisma can share 5 cost perks; someone with a 15 total Charisma (10 base/5 legendary perk) can't share anything beyond 3 cost perks. It's straight up better to take any other Legendary SPECIAL card and dump those saved points into C.
I consider ammo factory as terrible perk card for two reasons, I find much easier to farm ammo over crafting it, except very few cases, like camera film, that I believe benefits from all ammo bonuses, but it would be fine, however I find it quite shame legendary cards dont swap on loadout swapping too, then it would be S tier for having in crafting loadout no matter what anyway just for case but as it is... for me personally not whats rads is great for full health builds, not need to take all those rad suits to then having to swap all armor pieces back one by one, and using radaway all the time, I only recently swapped it for infiltrator that I really like as all that opening gets infinitely faster, and not need to have leveled opening perks to swap all the time when doing anything or needing unlocking challnages
note that the points you get from charisma perk card also don't count for that share perk feature, like when you have 9 charisma with 3 of those points from the legandary card it won't let you share a lvl 3 perk only lvl 1 & 2 perks Also even tho i find what's rad to be a "useless" perk because you can just use a rad-away or chug a nuka grape instead of using a whole legandary perk, there is a hidden benefit of what's rad, if you slot the goulish perk it will basical turn irradiated food/drink & especially that sweet super mutant juice from the west tek center into stimpaks + you are basically immortal against ghouls & in nuked area
I don't imagine there are very many bloodied power armor builds. The main reason for a low-health character is to take advantage of the Unyielding legendary effect which isn't available for power armor. And if it's a full health build, dying isn't usually a problem since you can spam the stimpack button. Power Armor Reboot should be in the niche category.
I sometimes use power armour since i have electric absorption. If its all robots or aliens my health being low isnt much of an issue since energy damage heals me. Im still at this point feeling very flimsy with my bloodied build though

Sony servers are down so here's my two cents. The tier list is valid from an early game perspective. perception and Agility are in the same boat as charisma, (being too build dependant) if not a little worse off(perception especially). Electric absorption is easily S tier because the health regen makes you effectively energy damage proof(with enough effort you can face tank the imposter sheepsquatch), follow through is easily right beside taking one for the team(they're just the same things for different play styles), what rads is effectively useless late game(everything from dps to tank builds are best off bloodied), power sprinter isn't really that necessary, and power armor reboot shouldn't be needed in the first place(how are you dying in power armor in the first place?), take it from a guy who mains heavy guns, funky duds should be higher(although not by much, you've gotta fair point with how rare it is) just because of how lethal poison can be, master infiltrator should also be moved down to niche because lock picking and hacking just isn't really necessary for anything besides specific grinds most people don't do. Anyways, servers are still dead so I'm gonna keep staring at a screen telling me I've spent 1k hours playing too much fallout
You really gotta do a better job at double checking your facts. Exploding palm affects all unarmed WEAPONS, not just your barefist, if youre using an unarmed build its fantastic, as in, using unarmed WEAPONS. Also, electric absorption also heals you on top of recharging ur core, making it a fantastic choice for a tank build.
I was considering switching out ammo factory for another SPECIAL perk. And this video reminded me that I have ammo smith AND super duper, meaning I really don’t need ammo factory anymore. Especially since I find a lot of ammo anyway and just need the initial supply for new weapons. Thanks
My wife and i started playing this game recently (i have 54 hours and she has 60 i somehow out rank her) and its totally jacked, shes found more nuka cherry and quantums then bobby pins...and we both have been using the same plasma gun sense level 15 because nothing else touches it, even at level 50 i will still go back to this random ass level 15 drop because it does better damage then a LOT of my other guns, like no legendary no insane mod's 80 over all damage at level 15 vs most of the guns im picking up at level 50 with only 70-75 base damage is...unimaginable to me...and the perk cards...dont get me started, fallout has always had a terrible leveling system but 76 made it SO much worse at level 51 more then half my perk cards are useless to me...Like trying to go for a commando, stealth, or power armour build when alls you get is looting or crafting perks is...dog shite frfr...Like any of the weapons i pick up, are not being buffed in any way shape or form due to the fact im not getting any weapon damage buff cards...idk maybe im just unlucky but damn X3
Charisma legendary card doesn’t work with your perk card sharing as well. If you have 4 charisma + a max card you can’t share a lvl 3 card only a lvl 1 card.
I notice hack and slash all the time aka every hit/punch I do has a 50% chanceto explode and I’m pretty it’s a guaranteed explosion when u land a crit and top it off with exploding palm is fun. Unless u have a good Xbox would not recommend using hack and slash with a chainsaw if u land a lot of crits causes lots of explosions
I have to agree here. And i just want to throw something out about follow through. Great on paper horrible in execution and ill explain why. Most if not all of us play on a team to reap all the benefits. That being said, if you hit up an event and anyone on your team is detected well unfortunately so are you. Meaning it will NOT proc. Its widely viewed as a speed running boss card. That doesnt mean you cant run it soloing normal mobs. But are you really getting any benefit from it when you can 1-2 tap a super mutant? Or take down a mirelurk queen before the game even has time to register follow through? Because of this I run TOFTT and the rest into specials.
New player here, so I'm "strict" about legendary perks (I have only just unlocked second slot at 75lvl) and check out whatever I can about them. I decided to go with Electric Absorbtion and Master Infiltrator first, for different reasons than you mentioned. MI base, with no upgrades, instantly saved me 3 INT and 3 PER - that I would consider the main thing about this perk and auto unlock as a bonus, especially when it needs so much to be leveled up. Unless someone is microing so heavily that they swap perks before and after each hack/picklock, this is very good to have. As for Electric Absorbtion - again, recharging fusion cores I consider to be a bonus. The main thing about this perk is effective invulnerability against energy damage (a large chunk of enemies, like most robots or high level super mutants). It has a chance to heal on hit taken, which may seem small, but in reality it's not only 10% (base, up to 20% upgraded) damage cancellation, it's healing is good enough to negate the remaining 90%. It was literally a game changer for me, I can barge into so many places now with zero worries. Assaultrons turned from apex predators to wacky battery chargers. Of course, it's useless without PA, so maybe not S tier, but with PA it really seems like a must have. Also, I need to add - both of my legendary perks are leveled up only once, since I managed to get 100 perk coins total for now. And they still had such a massive impacts
Interesting! TBH i just started the game and i didnt even make it out of the Vault so far because im still trying to figure out how to pick up useable items from the ground without using them. Since both seems to be the same kind of action and because of that its the same button and its always using them up instead of picking them up. I already tried chaning controls but both is activate thats why its the same button.

Blood sacrifice is for those of us cosplaying a psycho induced raiders. Mixed with last laugh it’s hilarious watching my character drop a nuke grenade, heal my team and watch my character rag doll explode
I think for the right build easily yes. I'm just ranked everything based on power and versatility for new players. Realistically none are truly "terrible" based on your goals as a player
😂😂😂 i made it to level 105 or so wondering why TF i could never get ahead despite looting westtek repeatedly lol. After fixing my ticket 2 revenge and replenishing my ammo id be like 50 caps ahead or sometimes id break even lol. Then i found super duper, 200% weapon repair etc. night and day .
@@ItzTermx definitely give it a go, hack an slash does great for pve an pvp with any melee, exploding palm is fun but strictly a pve perk and doesn’t work in pvp. The area damage does actually make a difference, if I don’t have my buffs on to one tap a super mutant my hack an slash will make sure I still one tap them.
@@ItzTermxI think you’d be surprised how many things can poison you in this game. Also poison and fire are the biggest two threats to any bloodied build, which makes Sizzlin’ Style and Funky Duds an easy S tier for many players.
PSA to new players. Dont listen to this guy. He is speculating on these perks, he isnt high enough level to have any of these perks at max rank. A fully realized build requires level 450 to 500. At level 147, he isnt even close to being able to give a tier list of ANY aspect of this game.
Because it revives you with a 40% Chance and you dont fall to the ground like with the armor skill but you just Keep on Yout feets and there is no cooldown

It's because people don't realize that the gauntlet, power fist, and bear fist are all counted as unarmed weaponry.

Yea it can make the gloves and the brass knuckles somewhat viable. But 99% of the time any other melee weapon is better
Unarmed melee can be buffed beyond regular melee weapons. It's hilarious for an unarmed build
