@@bolanbuilt5903 I'm getting ready to order me one of them. For my champion ice bear. I've ordered a lot of parts I put on this bike from trail Buddy, Bart motor company, & T- BOLT.. and some stuff off of eBay. Like I was telling my buddy at work I'll just buy a bigger motor and leave the hassle behind building a motor. You can't beat that motor for the price. Either way if you built the motor that the bike came with a 125 you'd probably spend more money than just buying a 212
Front forks are just the generic inverted big brake front end you can get off the internet. I got these from David bullock on Facebook. He’s a parts supplier. Forgot the exact size in mm they are: but they are best bang for the buck.
Hey man. Love your videos. Idk about your venting situation but I saw you were running your bike with the garage door closed. These bikes are nothing like cars with catalytic converters. They can easily fill the room with Carbon monoxide in a matter of minutes. Especially with high octane fuel. Once again I'm not trying to be a big old baby just be careful. Love your work man.
I opened the door after i shut the bike out, didn’t wanna make the neighbors mad. Only a couple minutes. And this garage is so poorly insulated. I do have a exhaust fan in the garage tho to help air it out super quick. Good looking out tho!
Great info on your bike 👌🏼. I have a ct and am looking to do a 190/212 build and wondering what pipe I could run that would be similar to your set up, what was this pipe designed for? Is there something that fmf makes that would be easy to alter to fit? Thanks for all the vids !
I’m not to sure what other pipes other than some expensive name brand pipes would be similar in terms of pipe size (how this fmf steps up in size) but this pipe was designed for big bore crf50’s. There are some nice over racing, Yoshi pipes out there that fit and work well tho
Ya I think the 2v head is the most restrictive part about it. I’ll be going 4v head this coming winter most likely. But it rips pretty hard still being 2v that’s for sure
Hey, love the vids and the look of the bike. Doing a dax myself. Also big shocks and upside down front fork. But have question about the USD kepspeed front fork. The bottom bearing stays loose. Was it same on yours? I could put some loctite on it so it stays but makes it more difficult to disassemble later?
I don’t have the kepspeed forks. But didn’t have any issues with bearings or anything. But a lot of the time you have to play with washers to get the hub center in the forks.
I seen in your jet video you removed your petcock. I have a zs212 same set up as you. I put an 1/4 inch petcock plugged main tank reserve and put a tecumseh plastic tank on the back as a reserve. It feels like the bowl is drained at 60 i loose all power and have to let off gas till it runs good again. I have all kinds of vent holes drilled. I just put a fuel filter on... i notice you dont run a filter. I took my tank out and cleaned with gas good also. Do you think fuel filter restricts flow? 122 main 42 pilot 28mm OKO carb.
I had same issue. After a ton of trial and error i discovered it was the float being to low in the carb, draining before it can re fill while wot. I raised the float and haven’t had a issue since
I saw in other comments you mentioned the wheels are stock. How did you get the front disc brake setup to work with your stock hub? Or is the front hub aftermarket?
@@bolanbuilt5903 I think they're buying 212 CC motors out of the boxes now and installing them on them clone Hondas? Imagine it's a lot cheaper buying it out of the box with everything included put the pipe for the exhaust.
Hey need I help I just got me a new 212cc gpx moto pitster pro motor installed on my frame been messing with the bike for over a month trying to get it to start for the first time and the bike is getting spark what do I do next??
First thing is drain the oil and get some good oil in it, then most importantly set the valve clearance. It’s not gonna be correct out the box you will need to set both of them. I personally do .003 for exhaust and intake. Then you will need to tune the carb most likely.
Ok I’m going to try setting the valve clearance again but use .003 for the exhaust and intake. And I’ll try tuning the carb as well I’ll let u know what happens
I don’t believe there is a 250cc that directly bolts in. As far as I know the 212 is the biggest bolt in motor. You can fit bigger with cutting/welding for new engine mounts
You should put looks on the description for reference. Great informative video 🤙🏼
Looks on the description?
@@bolanbuilt5903 links*, freaking fat fingers
Oh haha, if I still had links for some of the stuff I would.
The choke restricts the air, making the engine run rich, which is cooling.
I'm glad you said that, because I was about to.
Info on the handle bars themself please . size and brand . Thanks ! Awesome build !!!
Did you ever find out any information?
That's cool that you install that 212 CC in that bike who makes the motor and what's the model number on that motor ?
It's a zongshen 190cc engine with a 212cc big bore kit. Can get them off just about any pitbike website I believe

Good vid great info I think it is funny everyone wants to know about the monkey bike when you have a R32 just chillin in the garage LOL......
Haha the skyline isn't anything special. It's a sedan so it's not a "real" skyline according to most people lol
