- Hi everyone well we finally have our caravan in this video. Annie and I talk all about how we come to the decision on the van. We ended up buying. I will have another video giving you a closer look around the caravan but in this video we just wanted to go through what we bought and why Hope you enjoy if you have any questions please leave them in the comments. Hey Steve been waiting to see what you bought and my first reaction was "never seen one like that before" then I thought well I had never seen a teardrop caravan before we met you. On reflection it is so you and Annie not too big (like the FJ) just a little gem. Looking forward to see how you adapt and change "Harry" to suit your camping lifestyle. Cheers

Crusader makes a really solid caravan, and Harry, the chameleon on death in paradise, is cute. I sell sunland caravans and they built me a Sunland 10ft Mini caravan also independent suspension. Welcome to the small van club.
Congratulations. Looks like a beauty. Does the Chameleon only come with two separate beds? When I heard you call it Harry, I immediately though of "Death in Paradise". I'm a big fan, particularly in the first two seasons of it with Richard & Camille. Their chemistry was electric.

Steve / Annie, love the new van, Harry, and I shall now add this model to our list as we have been looking to downsize from a 21ft Bunk model. Would you now if there is a possibility of the dealer fitting a 270 Awning as this would then give some cover over the rear entry door. Look forward to seeing Harry at Goomburra Valley in August. Mr. D
Cheers Malcolm thanks for your comment. Yeah we love the van. Yes people have fitted a 270 awning to them. It will be possibly something we will do in the future at the moment. We are quite happy with how it all works out but you know what I’m like, I’m always upgrading what I buy. Cheers mate. Looking forward to catching up with you as well.🏕️👍
I know as we got older, more creature comforts become an a must have. Our Austrack Tanami X11 suits us. Toilet and shower are a must have. Just got back from Birdsville and averaged 15.5L/100 with the new D-Max at about 3 tonnes with 2.5t in tow. Good luck with your new toy guys.
