Winner in the industrial parade Horse-drawn, First, Michael Cunniss, Galway - Claddagh Coaches. East County Hotel. On the Platform there's the Fair Committee, Ted Nealon, and Bishop Joseph Cassidy. Representatives from Puck Fair and Ballycastle and Ballinasloe Urban Council. Prizes awarded. 1981 was designated the International Year of Disabled Persons by the United Nations.
