Awesome! This is just what I have been looking for :) . I just wanted to ask, did you activate the bake to f curve somewhere before for it to appear in the key option menu? I have followed every step up until selecting the object, the value node, went to frame 1 on both the timeline and editor page and added the graphic editor to click on the key botton with all selected and bake to f curve does not appear...I see you have a lot of more options than I have when clicking on the key botton so Im just wondering why...maybe the blender version im using is different...im using the 4.0 version
This may help somebody else but I wanted to create a music visualizer so I started looking at this tutorial but I realized I'm a member of ENVATO and I went on their site and typed in music visualizer and GOT another awesome music visualizer already made up thats as good as this one...Jic

if you cannot find "Bake Sound to F-Curves" it's under the Channel tab now
