Lots of great options for 36 and 48 inch ranges that won't break the bank with good reviews.

Watched a bunch of your videos love the content! Can you do a video about finishes and how to price them? Is ok to use big box stores like homedepot and lowes for new construction materials?

What do you think of the growing mini split market? I'm thinking that it would be a good application for our new home vs the traditional forced air system.

Everything seems ludicrously expensive the States. Here in the UK, you can buy decent appliances for well under £10,000. Having said this, our homes are a lot smaller and few of us have a custom home built.

Thanks! Appliances are hit or miss thanks to unreliability regardless of brand. LG seems to have the best overall reliability across products. I've decided I want an induction cooktop and separate oven. We won't have trash pickup (rural area) so we're gonna add in a compactor. And I really don't like stainless steel at all.

My wolf cook top doesn’t do simmer. I have to turn it off to simmer. Another waste of money. *** purchased with home. Ugh.
