I love the curl jelly refresh, I’ve decanted it into a spray bottle with an easier spray mechanism (think like a cleaning spray) and it helps so much! The little spray cap get so greasy and Sticky I usually can’t get a grip on it
Your hair just gets better and better, always stunning ❤ I love all the Curlsmith products too. I’ve also started using Innersense which I’m loving. I have medium textured hair with a loose curl and wave and the lighter products used with lots of water give me the best results. Haven’t tried any of the UG products but if I’m ever in the UK I want to try the scalp line. Thanks Hanz.
This and the which product does what videos are my favourites. Could you please do a video showing how much you use of different products? 6ousaid you use a tiny amount of curl cream. I think I probably use too much cream and not enough gel.
@@hanzcurls I wish my curly hair was as beautiful as yours, I'm still trying to find the right routine! I do love curlsmith hair products, although they are pricey it's worth the money! Have you got any good tips I could do, I also colour my hair.
That living proof gel did nothing for my frizz I feel like it made my hair more frizzy but it does give me nice ringlets. The curlsmith shine gel tho is perfect for me
Oh really! So strange! So many variables come into play when products don’t work so could be a whole number of reasons. But glad the shine gel works for you! Do you apply a curl cream underneath? If so, which one works for you?
@@hanzcurls I use the bounce curl cream the tiniest amount is enough for me! I do wanna try using the bounce curl cream, curlsmith foam then the shine gel
I would say the spray version is probably more lightweight (I use a very tiny amount of the one in a tub - haven't tried the spray one yet but sprays are much more lightweight). This is the one: tidd.ly/3OLykNM
I haven’t tried it in YEARS! But I think it was one of the first products I used when I started kind of wearing my hair curly again cause I got it from my hairdressers! I don’t really use curl creams on their own these days as I like the hold I gel with gels, but I do remember that cream smelling really nice and I don’t remember my hair being frizzy when using it
Do you have any tips for how to figure out how much in shower style fixer to use? The first time I tried I went way too heavy and didn’t emulsify it in my hands. My hair felt horrible: sticky, almost dirty and I had a lot of frizz. The second time I tried it, I used it on top of my Pantene defined curls mousse. The definition was good but I got so much halo frizz. I’m feeling too scared to give it another go! 😅 what’s the secret to your success with it? I’d say I have 2b/2c hair and am two months into transitioning to a permanent curly girl after many decades of straightening so I have a lot of dry/coarse hair on my top layers. Thanks so much for your content! ❤️
Other than the tips I mentioned in the vid I would say try using a bit of curl cream underneath it on your coarser areas as this should help minimise the frizz. But yeah as I said I use probs half the amount of other gels, apply to soaking wet hair and emulsify with water in my hands first! I also find when I apply it to my hair in sections I don’t overdo it as much!
@@hanzcurlshi I think you should make a video on the most expensive curly hair products to the cheapest. Then use them to see which ones work better, most expensive or cheapest.
Lovin' your new NEON sign.
Thanks so much! Finally put it up after two years of it being sat in a box 😂😂😂

Really helpful video! I think i'll try the Umberto Giannini Curl Jelly Refresh 💟
It’s a great one! So lightweight!👌

Is Umberto giannini banana butter leave in conditioner good for low porosity, fine curl/ wave hair??

Great video as usual. What are your thoughts on Bead Head TIGI Foxy Curls
Love the smell and feel. Hair looks great, but it has a white flakey residue that powders off my hair. Only way I can think to describe it.

Can I ask about the UG restore shampoo- is it good for hard water mineral build up? Also how does it lather- I like a soapy lather. Thanks. ❤
Great video! My go to hard hold gels are those you mentioned from Curlsmith! 🧡🤍😊
Thank you! Ahh I’m so glad you love those ones too!😍👌

Do you use also fragrance free and unscented products? Any recommendations for allergic people that can't use those things with perfume?
Yes the Curlsmith Shine gel I mentioned here is fragrance free as is that entire line! It’s one of my fav lines😍
@@hanzcurls you are lovely. Thank you.
Do you have low porosity, fine hair?
Low postpartum, medium thickness and density. Have a watch of my “what’s my hair type”/hair analysis vid 😊
