Hi miss, could you give examples of which of the mother sauces are reduced and thickened sauces please

Hey, of the five mother sauces the tomato sauce can be reduced. Note also though that while the tomato sauce can be reduced some recipes may ask that it be thickened with the addition of a roux or slurry. So it can be both.
The remaining mother sauces would be thickened.
