First: Don't apologize for sharing your heart. It is not about heroin. I was told…. Maynard’s first son, Devo H. Keenan was born in 1995, a year before this song was released. Two years later, during the 1997 Lollapooloza tour Maynard announced "This next song is about having children, do any of you have kids? Lyrics - Interpretation “Whats coming through is alive” - Giving Birth “My blood before me begs me open up my heart again” - Devo, his blood, wants to be loved, all children do. “I feel this coming over like a storm again” - All of the emotions that being a father brings. “I am too connected to you, slip away to fade away, Days away I still feel you touching me, changing me, and considerately killing me” - Devo is connected to him, days away.. while on tour waiting to come home to see him, killing me.. he misses him so much it is killing him. “And as the snake is drowned and as i looked in his eyes my fear begins to fade recalling all of the times i could have cried then, I should have cried then” - He has been scared of being a father but as he looks at his son the fear fades, he should of cried when his child was born because he was so happy. “And as the snake is drowned and as i look in your eyes my fear begins to fade recalling all of the times i have died, and will die its alright i don't mind” - MJK is now speaking to Devo, saying I’m not scared anymore I’m not scared your going to hurt me, and make me die inside, and all the times in the future that you will do it, i don’t mind. I love you. You are my son.

This song still makes me tear up thinking about who I was and am and the death of that self that will surely ensue as I change and grow. I don’t mind. Love yer reactions bro’s. When asked about this song in an interview, the only thing Maynard would say is that his son's name is Devo H. So we can assume that the song is about his son (which is also evident by the line "My blood before me begs me open up my heart again"). My interpretation is basically that Maynard is voicing his fears about whether or not he can overcome his past and his current lifestyle in order to become the kind of person that he needs to be in order to be a good father. But Maynard has also stated that his lyrics don't necessarily determine what their songs are about. He said that his lyrics are basically his own interpretation of the music that the other band members presented to him, and he has encouraged everyone to derive their own meanings from the music, rather than to get too hung up on the intent of his lyrics. So Smokey is onto something as far as that goes. As far as an Alex Grey tattoo goes, he actually has listed some conditions that you have to follow in order to legally use his artwork in a tattoo, so you should check out his website to learn more about that. But in short, he requires you to find a tattoo artist that can do his art justice, and he requires you to provide him with a photo of the finished product (which he reserves the right to publish or use however he wants).
At a show he also said this song was kind of like having a negative voice on one shoulder and a positive voice on the other. I think he’s probably said multiple meanings for multiple songs. Never truly gives the full truth.
That's what I've always heard. Maynard has also said about every song that it is whatever you see in it. (I always thought it was about Heroin also until I heard the story about his son.)
Been a Tool fan since 7 years old(thanks to my older brother). This song has always had a special place for me. As with most Tool songs, there are multiple meanings, but it really is your own interpretation. It has always had a feeling about a person to me. A few interviews with him have suggested it may be about his son. Being a dad myself, I can see it and feel it every time I hear this song., which carries even more weight since becoming a dad. I really appreciate your interpretation and feelings on it. I love their new stuff, and have innovative they are, but this song will always be at the top of the list when it comes to Tool.

@@Hollywood6IX Hey guys, have you figured out the whole Alex Grey+eyes thing yet? And yes, he does write his own lyrics. Each band member is responsible for a part of Tool's business and each write for their own instrument parts.
That’s why Tool is so great man, almost any song can be interpreted a different way. That’s what makes a great song in my opinion. What it means to you depends on when you listen to it or where you’re at in life when you do.
@Hollywood6ix… as a recovering opiate addict myself who has been blessed with nearly 3 years of sobriety, you shed new light on this song that I’ve heard many times and never put it together like you did. Thank you for sharing something personal to you and keep taking things one day at a time. I know it’s been a few years since y’all posted this so I hope you see this!
I’m so glad you guys appreciated this song as much as I do. Amazing riffs, amazing lyrics, some of their best work in my eyes! I think it’s a wildly underrated song by them. Rock on!
This my favorite song off this album, btw Maynard son's middle name is H. So yeah that a thing. Also if you wondering my favorite song by Tool is, Parabol/Parabola
Oh man!!!! My first Tool love. The first time I heard the first seconds of it, I was hooked. Exciting!!! I hope it resonates with you all like it did with me. I’m slightly jealous. 🤘🏻🌀
This is my favorite reaction by far. I listened to this song back when the album came out and loved it at 13yrs. old. However it wasn’t till I was in the eye of my addition to meth at 29 that I listened again to H. & I cried and had a deeper connection to the song & lyrics & reacted just like you. I’m on my 3rd year of sobriety and I walk my path of helping others. I want to congratulate you on yours. Lots of love guys and madd blessings to ya! 🙏🏽🕊
Hell Yeah!! Thank you guys for reacting to this song!! Man. Been trying to get someone to react to this song FOREVER. This AND Eulogy. Which you guys reacted to (Thank you by the way for that). You guys rock man!! Next you gotta react to the Tool track "Prison Sex." 😆🤘
They better be prepared for Prison Sex because that song is so incredibly sad dealing with the sexual abuse Maynard endured at the hands of his step father. Maynard has stated that Prison Sex was one of the hardest songs he's written and wishes he never did. That says everything.
@@bradhaines3142 Exactly. Which is why it will always be my favorite album. It is full of raw emotion and a totally different feel then any of their others. Opiate though even though an EP is a little different and raw too.
Hope you guys can do "TOOL - Wings for marie part 1 and 2" if you have ever lost someone its one that hits home. subject matter is that of his late mother who suffered terribly ill for approx ten thousand days, hence the album name, allegedly
What a great reaction!! You guys both hit the nail on the head! There definitely seems to be a metaphor about drug addiction, especially given the title, but Maynard has said the song is about having his son Herbert Keenan (nickname H.) Really fun hearing this classic Tool song through fresh ears with you guys!
I love your open honest reactions to this incredible journey. There are songs that I cannot listen to without shedding a tear. Wings for Marie 1 & 2, Pushit (Salival version), as well as a few others. This is one of those rare bands that can elicit that emotional response. different songs hit different people. Do Not Apologize. Be True. Be Honest. And most of all, Enjoy the journey! There is no one like them. There will never be another TOOL. And how lucky we are, especially in these troubled times, to have music like this to disappear into. Been TOOL Army since '93, will always be part of the ranks. Welcome to the rabbit hole, and spiral down!
Can't wait for y'all to get to Jimmy. I would suggest having lyrics up with it. Its about his childhood and his mom's being paralyzed and him having to move with his dad at 11. Knowing that and seeing the lyrics while listening will really give you a connection with the song as a whole
@@jeffmatthews6672 Lol we do love that intermission and how it flows into Jimmy but I wonder if the circus vibe causes newer Tool fans any confusion about the song itself
@@sheri0082 it may but once you know Maynards story, it just paints a clearer and sadder picture. It's indispensable in the fuller context of the song(s).✌
And the thing about Tool, one measure of their greatness, you can listen to a song for 30 years, a million times, and it is mind blowingly awesome every time. In fact, it gets better! You hear a note you never noticed before or catch a new meaning in a lyric, like Smokey said, layers. Beyond genius! And I absolutely LOVE you guys' reactions to them. Brings me back to the 90s when I first discovered them😎👍keep it up. AND don't be afraid to repeat a reaction. (Like do the studio version of Sober)😉
"Cunning, Baffling, and Powerful". The "Beast", is a sneaky, sweet-talking, sick monster that if you don't learn to recognize it early, it will consume you again and again and again. Awesome reactions. As a seasoned member of the Tool army, I congratulate you guys for getting it right so often. Stay clean and sober.
one of my favorites, the album Aenima is one big eulogy to Bill Hicks, a comedian who was a friend and once he died tool worked on the album. (third eye has comedy bits in the songs intro
Do Bottom with the guest appearance by Henry Rollins. Also Deftones Passenger with guest vocals by Maynard as well as Know Your Enemy bu Rage Against The Machine with guest vocals by Maynard
Thanks for sharing your past. I too had my bout with H addiction. I'm over a year clean now. I love this song to death and think the lyrics are absolute poetry. I love watching you guys turn on to Tool. Keep it up!
I hope you continue well on your journey with sobriety. Maynard's other band A Perfect Circle have several songs about that (their album "Thirteen Steps" is all about it) like "The Outsider" or "The Package". And if you want a truly amazing song regarding addiction, try out "Hurt" by either Nine Inch Nails or Johnny Cash if you haven't. If you really want to cry, listen to the Johnny Cash version. Tool encourages people to interpret songs as they need/want to fit their own lives. And just from the sound of the song, this one is definitely one of my favorites. At the end of the day, the most general sense of this song is that there is a bad thing in your past that you're trying to move past to become a better person in the future. Despite that, I do want to say what the song most likely means to Maynard, and what it's come to mean to me as a father. His son's middle name is "H". Maynard also apparently did not have a great relationship with the father he was forced to live with after his mother became paralyzed. It affected who he grew up to become, and likely how he feared he would be as a father. This song is all about the birth of his son and how it made him want to be a better person and father. All the talk about "the snake" is about the venomous relationship with his father and how it poisoned him, and "my blood" in the song is his son, "my blood before me begs me open up my heart again". The metaphor of "considerately killing me" is not a literal death, but a death of who he is as a person. His becoming a father is killing who he used to be to make for a new person, and helped him kill "the snake". I think most people who care for their children experience something similar.
Great reaction and I appreciate your candor Hollywood. I hope and pray that the rest of your days are free from all of that. I’ve not experienced it personally but have devoted much time in trying to help people in my area caught in the throws of their addictions. Keep it up. This song, like most of their works, is timeless and it really codifies the depths of intimacy to which their music can go. Peace
"H" has been one of my faves tool's songs since 1996 when I first heard them. TOOL became, along with Jethro Tull and Dead Can Dance, my N⁰ 1 favorite band ever since then. It pleases me GREATLY to see how people, regardless of their age, likes, cultural background,... fall for TOOL. As a multidisciplinary artist, TOOL and DEAD CAN DANCE had influenced my work A LOT. Carpe Díem!
As someone who was a full fledged yet functioning addict (somehow🤷🏼♂️) I felt what you said 6…..I’ll say it…Tools music has made me cry more than once…I can’t say that about a lot of music…..remember one thing “Everybody has a past”,I’m 51 so I got a big 1 😉from watching these videos both of y’all seem lilke really cool, genuine dudes,👍keep it up man,for what it’s worth you guys help me with these videos of my favorite band for the last 25+ years 🖤🥶& I don’t think I’m alone…..going thru an addiction & coming out of it in a sense as a better person is no small accomplishment my friend & you’ve done it
BRO. If you are a recovering opiate addict then it’s time for Alice In Chains “Junkhead”. Want to relate to a song like you’ve never related before? “What’s my drug of choice? Well what have you got, I don’t go broke and I do it a lot”...... YOU WILL LOVE IT. Do it right now. Drop everything and react to it. 😎😇🔥
Also, Mad Season. Basically the whole grunge crew. So many great songs within the scene alluding to the grip H has on a person and those they love and love them. The one I can think of right off the top of my head with such emotional ferocity to it is “You” from Candlebox. You’ve probably heard it before (it is in a lot of 90s tv and movies) and not known who sings it.
This was a great one guys, really like the different perspectives and the deep cuts. so many reactors have nothing real to say. and by no means was there an apology required, we've all be low at one point or another.
This has and always will be one of my fav tool songs. Can't really explain why, its just a powerful song. I'm glad you guys enjoyed it, looking forward to next Tuesday.
I fucking love that you guys COMPLETELY immers yourselves into the music and just let it take you on a ride and won't be fake and overthetop as has otherwise become the youtube reaction trend. Nice to be follow you guys' Tool journey. Hey what would be really cool is if you'd resume the song discussions in the beginning of each video of the next (Tool)song reaction, at that point you might've listened to it few more times and even done some research/googling about it, just a thought. But yeah ofc you're right in that the songs can have different meaning for everyone, that's basically the whole point as to why Maynard traditionally never released official lyrics, he wants his vocals to be received just like another musical instrument, I'd say he's pretty damn successful ✊
see, here's the thing, they are all genius. This band has such a balanced attack, Adam Jones redefines guitar solos - no shredding, Danny Carey adds so much rhythm it's crazy, Justin Chancellor - is more in there than you realize - a lot of times you think that Adam is playing a riff - no it's Justin, as well on stage, many times in particular at the start of a song, he's down on his knees adjusting his pedals and coming up with all those intro sounds... and Maynard of course. but this is a four piece band like no other.
Video isn’t even live yet, already got the first like.... by me! Maybe y’all will do “Judith” by A Perfect Circle soon, and then “10,000 Days 1 & 2 (Wings for Marie) after. You will never be as moved by a piece of music as you will with these 3.... and once you get the story you’ll have to listen to “Jimmy” by Tool. His mom called him Jimmy...
I agree they need to react to the remainders from Maynard’s writings from the times leading up to his mother’s death. Jimmy and then 10,000 Days 1&2 will wrap it up.
There new to TooL and are learning as they go. They said they read the comments so hopefully (definitely) they re listen to these songs you mentioned 🤘
H has been my favorite Tool song since I was in high school in the 90’s. I’m sure people have said this but it’s not about the drug. Still my favorite Tool song, I’ve seen it live. If you ever get a chance to attend a Tool show, GO! You won’t regret it. They put you on a whole journey that I cannot explain with words. I go to lots of concerts but Tool is still the best I’ve ever been to!
I’m dying for y’all to get into the Lateralus album, but at this point you should just knock out Ænema and experience each album as the masterpieces they are. May I recommend “Hooker with a Penis” for next Tuesday
Trash Talkers so you have, and I watched it🤦🏻♂️my bad guys. Your video yesterday was the perfect way to start my Wednesday. Respect🤘🇦🇺. Also Perennial live by Jinjer you won’t be disappointed
Watching people discover the lyrical and musical genius of TOOL for the first time never gets old. Imagine knowing everything you are just now discovering when those songs first came out. The hunger we had for more TOOL back then was legendary. Hell, still is...
I think it's about his son Devo. He said in an interview one time talking about this song. He said " my son's name is Devo H, that's all I'm gonna say."
You havent reached the pinnacle of this album and we're all digging you guys doing tool Tuesday. Tool army appreciates your bringing tool back to younger viewers. "Pushit" will be your messiah on this album. So i nominate that for then next song. Keep trucking!
I cry to most Tool songs don't feel weird bout it. Literally every nite I go through their music and couple songs deep I'm usually blushing in the face skins looking blotchy eyes watery shirt wet n thoughts just spiraling out my forehead. So profound.
I see you guys are kind of going down the list of tracks on this album, I would make a suggestion that if you get to Pushit, pretty please do the Salival live version after listening to the original, yall would make my month!!
I actually loved that you voiced why you had an emotional reaction to this song. That is how you use music as a fucking tool to face what you need face, feel what you need feel, or simply realize how far you have come from where you once were. Great reaction!
Learn the flag, dont burn the flag. That goes both ways. Flag supporters need not blindly support it and opposers should at least familiarise themselves with it as in to not blindly run with the crowd. Its a tough subject and deserves thoughtfulness. I dont auppot the boasting of the Confederate flag but Ive heard good people make positive arguments. In the end I think it represents a time we have gotten past. But I dont hate Southern Pride. I just think it holds onto one symbol too hard
@@lowellupchurch1609 I am from Virginia. I know the origin of that flag and what the designer intended it to mean. It's not unamerican to recognize the bad that happened to make this nation come about. And it was BAD.
Powerful, bro! Thanks for being so open about your use and recovery. From one opiate addict to another, keep up the good work bro. Know you’ve got at least one fan who will always support you as a human being, on the wagon or off. Don’t relapse, and if you do, I’m still here for you, even if you have no idea who I am. Stay strong brother....
Thanks a lot bro that really means a lot to Hollywood and from one recovering addict to another we have to stay strong everyday is another stepping stone and we will continue to strive as long as you have the willpower thank you for sticking around
Trash Talkers man, that’s funny, my nickname in Florida is Hollywood, I was born there.... the struggle is real, but so is the support and love we need to get through.... now go listen to “Junkhead”! I just did for the 23,452nd time and it still gives me goosebumps. You guys rock, stay strong, and when you can’t be strong, never be afraid to ask for help. One love!
I agree on what you said about opiates, they're hell man...lost one friend to H, I myself used various pharmaceutical opiates over a few years and got hooked. I'm 29 now and I've been listening to Tool since I was 13 years old, huge influence on my life...alright, god bless!
Thank you for doing H. guys. Love this song so much, then again... I love all tool songs so much, but this one has always been in my top three favorite tool songs, whereas others rise and fall depending on where I am in life at the moment. This is beautiful.
Tool, they are your tool. Their songs mean what you take from them, that's the beauty. That's their gift to us. We take their music and use it as a tool in our life
Okay guys, I'm pretty positive on this meaning. This isn't my own interpretation, therefore I do not take credit for it, but I do agree with it. Okay, about the meaning from toolshed.down.net... it's partly true, but not completely. Ya ever wonder why they just DO NOT play that song on tour, like hardly at all, even though it's so popular? Well it's because this song has a special meaning to Maynard. Devo Keenan, his son, has the middle name of H... not anything extra... just H. The song isn't about any person at all, it's about his son... think about the song. Maynard had a bad relationship with his father when he was young, constantly being abused. Even though he loves Devo, sometimes he has a problem, and wants to hurt him. He gets it from his father... and it causes him to want to lash out at his wife and his child. that's why when he says they're "void of hate, but killing him just the same"... he means that Devo loves him, but he's still hurting Maynard because of Maynard's past.... When he talks about "snake behind me hisses, what my damage could have been", he's talkin about how what his father did to him wants to resurge through him and onto Devo. then the next verse "my blood before me begs me, open up my heart again"... he's sayin that the blood before him (his children, future grandchildren, etc.) is begging him to forget the past and start over... Infer the rest of the song for yourself. I think this is the best explanation possible. Thanks for botherin to read this.
Troy Stiefer thanks 🙏 for taking the time! Tool fans are the best! I was lucky enough to see them in Portland on their last show they played on March 11. Their fans are the best it was a harmonious bunch
Tool Army Here, this song is about the birth of Maynard's son and how he doesn't want the things he went through as a child to effect his own child, to break the cycle of abuse. Killing me considerately meaning killing who he was into something better, a better father/person. Not to negate what you may have went through in your life we all have something we are not proud off, but it is a known fact that Tool members do not use hard drugs, a little weed here and there maybe, but not heroine.
I love when you both just close your eyes and bob along to the flow, because 25 years ago, that's exactly how everyone heard it. I can't wipe my mind of this album to re-experience it, but watching you guys delve into and discover it is almost as good. Feels good, man, thanks for sharing your experience. =D

H is my favorite song from Tool for a variety of reasons. This song still makes me tear up thinking about who I was and am and the death of that self that will surely ensue as I change and grow.

He play with double and triple meanings a lot. He loves a good double entendre
or you know, if you dont get caught, did you commit a crime?
At a show he also said this song was kind of like having a negative voice on one shoulder and a positive voice on the other. I think he’s probably said multiple meanings for multiple songs. Never truly gives the full truth.
I agree. "I have died, I will die" - here death symbolizes growth, entering a new, mature phase of life, as he becomes father.
That's what I've always heard. Maynard has also said about every song that it is whatever you see in it. (I always thought it was about Heroin also until I heard the story about his son.)

Analysis going here!! I love it guys - Smoke is right-it’s your own interpretation. Maynard is a poet like no other. No apologies needed Hollywood.
Dude on left really be feeling this. Love it. Tool👆hoes👇
Round up the Tribe, TRASH TALKERS TRIBUTE TO TOOL TUESDAY IS HERE!!🤟🤟🤟🤟😎🍺
Lol "round up the tribe"....😂
I’m so glad you guys appreciated this song as much as I do. Amazing riffs, amazing lyrics, some of their best work in my eyes! I think it’s a wildly underrated song by them. Rock on!
Imagine if youre very first concert was off that tour. Changed my life at 17
Hey guys. Great react. The Patient is your next assignment. Btw...there will be a quiz!
Me too
Nice job fellas! The Patient... Third Eye... Reflection... Rosetta Stone.. and there's about 30 more I could say.
You wanna cry? 10,000 days sir. Wings for Marie parts 1 and 2.
Please make the saturdays in “saint tool’s day”, so we can have more tool reactions
Congratulations on 3 months, hopefully 4 now. You have more power in you than you could ever imagine. Keep pushing on!
@@sarahp8058 that whole album is a different beast, even for tool standards. its a little rougher, in a good way
@@bradhaines3142 Exactly. Which is why it will always be my favorite album. It is full of raw emotion and a totally different feel then any of their others. Opiate though even though an EP is a little different and raw too.

This is one of my favorite songs by Tool...gives me chills every time. Thank you!

All the songs rotate in how much I like them. It's okay to be moved to tears by Tool or any other Beautiful creation!
Great reaction and I appreciate you sharing about your own struggles.
Yup i cried. That hasn't happened in so long.
Hope you guys can do "TOOL - Wings for marie part 1 and 2" if you have ever lost someone its one that hits home. subject matter is that of his late mother who suffered terribly ill for approx ten thousand days, hence the album name, allegedly
evans Show yes, especially after they did Judith by APC. They also need to do Jimmy!
My god... these guys are gonna freak the fuck out on 10,000 Days.... this man WILL cry.
@@MainelyW212 Ur not wrong :')
They should watch the mash up video with lyrics. Maynards voice can be hard to hear at points.
Jimmy then Judith then Wings. Stop taking away the bulk of the meaning of Wings by not recommending the others, first.
A. Hands down one of my favorite Tool songs ever.
B. Glad to see you guys finally figured out Alex's name :D haha!
😂😂😂....gary white lol
@@Hollywood6IX lol, too funny. Alex and his wife have an interactive "museum" in downstate NY somwhere. I always wanted to go and visit it.
A man doesn't find himself... He makes himself.
That just made me have a mindgasm
Man, I'm so glad you felt this song the way you did. Songs that touch you are important.
Can't wait for y'all to get to Jimmy. I would suggest having lyrics up with it. Its about his childhood and his mom's being paralyzed and him having to move with his dad at 11. Knowing that and seeing the lyrics while listening will really give you a connection with the song as a whole
Knowing the meaning of this song, makes it so much better
When you do Jimmy, you have to do Intermission that precedes it. There is no other way!🤘✌
@@jeffmatthews6672 Lol we do love that intermission and how it flows into Jimmy but I wonder if the circus vibe causes newer Tool fans any confusion about the song itself

Their lyrics can be very metaphorical leading to multiple interpretations
yeah, many if not most are comparisons.
Yeah, nobody could have that many songs about anal sex.... or could they???? Hmmmmm
You lads can understand why they are my favourite band surely.
Watch the live performance of H from Sacramento '98
OMG yes! That whole set is amazing
As a member of the tool army since 1993 i got to say y'all have the best reactions.🤘🖖
The Package has one of the best bass riffs I have ever heard
Great reaction and I appreciate your candor Hollywood. I hope and pray that the rest of your days are free from all of that. I’ve not experienced it personally but have devoted much time in trying to help people in my area caught in the throws of their addictions.
Keep it up. This song, like most of their works, is timeless and it really codifies the depths of intimacy to which their music can go. Peace
This was the third tool song I ever heard, back in 1997.

Ok cool we gotta check it out
Trash Talkers , Alice In Chains is definitely another great rabbit hole. Could we be getting into AIC Fridays?
Also, Mad Season. Basically the whole grunge crew. So many great songs within the scene alluding to the grip H has on a person and those they love and love them.
The one I can think of right off the top of my head with such emotional ferocity to it is “You” from Candlebox. You’ve probably heard it before (it is in a lot of 90s tv and movies) and not known who sings it.

Tool Life.
This has and always will be one of my fav tool songs. Can't really explain why, its just a powerful song. I'm glad you guys enjoyed it, looking forward to next Tuesday.
Maynard has said what Smoky said. Whatever the song means to you that is the meaning of it.
Hollywood, NEVER apologize for being emotional; I love everything both of you bring EVERY TIME, I became a fan of yours since the first video I saw!
They did Judith last Tuesday
I agree they need to react to the remainders from Maynard’s writings from the times leading up to his mother’s death. Jimmy and then 10,000 Days 1&2 will wrap it up.
They need lyrics, too. I think they missed a lot of content in Judith that will be pertinent to 10k and Jimmy....
Lol maynards mom called him jimmy....oh yea his name james
There new to TooL and are learning as they go. They said they read the comments so hopefully (definitely) they re listen to these songs you mentioned 🤘
H has been my favorite Tool song since I was in high school in the 90’s. I’m sure people have said this but it’s not about the drug. Still my favorite Tool song, I’ve seen it live. If you ever get a chance to attend a Tool show, GO! You won’t regret it. They put you on a whole journey that I cannot explain with words. I go to lots of concerts but Tool is still the best I’ve ever been to!

Hard to pick a favorite, it’s usually the one you are listening to at the time ✌️👊🤟
The song is about whatever it strikes in each of us. Interpretations are limitless, as everyone draws different things from the song.

Burn that flag
@@metaphoria3 Why?
I hate your flag too.

Please try, Tool 10000 days wings for marie part 1 and 2 with the lyrics. If you found this emotional.. You're in for a ride with this one
I found this on the web awhile back..
Troy Stiefer thanks 🙏 for taking the time! Tool fans are the best! I was lucky enough to see them in Portland on their last show they played on March 11. Their fans are the best it was a harmonious bunch
Tool Army. New to the channel. This song is really important to me. Thanks for reacting/sharing.
Face it these guys just flat out love Tool! So cool!
