Love that you mentioned praying about your period pains because it’s something we don’t have to experience because of what Christ did for us but chile it’s been a process but I’ve still been trusting God. Idk what prayer my sister prayed for hers to go but I relate to that.

And to my ladies with a heavy flow what has helped mine was getting my iron levels up. I was iron deficient for so long and didn’t take it serious. It may not work for everyone but I learned being low on iron is a serious thing and one of the symptoms is heavy period bleeding.
How did you get your iron levels up? I take supplements but I feel like it’s not enough
@@jumpscare1530 I use the liquid iron. pills dont work too good for me the brand is called "Now"
Taking iron supplements and eating veggies and salmon 🍣 is good source of iron

Praying really helps guys ❤ i used to suffer from heavy flow to a point where i would wear 2 pads at the same time the very thick long one and the thin one when going to school then change them during break but one day i prayed to god about the heavy now I'm better i wear 1 pad for 1and a half to two hours❤ anything is possible with god

This video was right on time! I heard that actual cranberry juice/extract does help and I was drinking concentrate, thinking it was working. Raspberry tea works wonders as well for the downstairs area, but drink it close to the start of the period.
I swear by Raspberry Leaf Tea & Cinnamon is a natural cramp relief! I love it added to warm teas.Turmeric is super comforting too added to food/drink. Known for pain relief too.

It’s been replaced with a B&M (bargains and more) here, great video , I go through long routines as I seem to have a unknown cause for constant bleeding and Iam chemically controlled as there’s no causes :(
