    I used to go to Saizeriya _all the time_ when I was in Singapore, and I've desperately looked for a good version of their doria since.
    Thank youu, I'm _definitely_ giving this a try!

    mann,,, there's a Saizeriya branch in hong kong (as well as a japanese bakery near where I lived) that made meat doria. I'd get it on the way back from school and it was always my favorite dish. I'm now in Canada for university and there's actually no single restaurant that sells meat/bolognese style doria, so this video was a life saver!! I love the dish, it's so nostalgic! Tastes exactly like Saizeriya too!! Thanks so much for recreating it!!

    Sir i need this immediately, how long to put doria on top shelf

    • @SudachiRecipes
      @SudachiRecipes  2 роки тому +1

      Thank you! All the ingredients are precooked so I usually say about 10-15 minutes on the middle shelf and 5 minutes on the top shelf to brown the cheese :)

    Looks really tasty.
    But hey, man. You need to get some chef basics correct.
    1. Do don't use the edge side of the knife when scraping.
    2. Never metal tools in non-stick pans.
