I just made Tonkatsu for the first time yesterday using boxing champ Ryosuke Takahashi's simple recipe in which he baked instead of deep fried it. It was delicious. I love learning about Japanese cuisine and eventually making it. Can't wait to try my take on it and I will let you know how it is.
