Its from Midway classic gaming box. It has 6 other gaming related items. Rampage journal, Defender Teeny Tin, Joust and Gauntlet bumper stickers, Paper Boy sheet magnet, and a Spy Hunter Pin. not expensive if you decide to buy one.
