@@rayperry5388 AND my communication with Ledger was hacked and I was scammed out of 30 ETH. Zero accountability from Ledger. I looked for a law firm to sue them, but no one would take it on. Lesson learned that my communication with Ledger was compromised. I have not plugged in my nano X in a long time and then did could not connect took forever and playing with it, finally opened it and synced and then it said update firmware and I did but ledger live never showed finished, no status so I stopped the update after hours and it then did not load everything. Hey there - doing a complete update typically doesn't require your recovery phrase unless in the rare case where updating from a very old firmware version might lead the device to reset, which would require that you then restore your accounts with your recovery phrase. Ledger was working ok until I downloaded the latest firmware, now I can no longer use Phantom and Jupiter with SOL via Ledger, yes I have allowed blind signing. I tried reverting bakc to an earlier version of LL but you cannot do this anymore so your video is out of date. I contacted support 4 days ago and still have not had a response. Absolute rubbish.
Do not use the swap feature!! CIC did not honor my transaction and responded to me 7 hrs later. Informing me that they would manually enter a new transaction at the new exchange rate!! It cost me 365 XRP and $800!!! This is horrible customer service and I am furious! I never received a breakdown or receipt of the new transaction!!
