"Overgrowth Deck" Only: Pokémon Red Version

Can I beat Pokémon Red using only the Pokémon that appear in the 'Overgrowth' TCG deck? Let's take it a step further...I can also only using the moves that those Pokémon use. How awful is this going to be and what am I doing?
