I have been asking this question since the Zondo Commission had started. Who gave the keys to our coffers to the various businessmen who were involved in State capture ?

Cyril must have known about this state capture disaster as a Deputy of zuma, if he didn't know, he wasn't doing his job, then the authorities must summons him to pay back his salary for that period because he wasn't working he was sleeping on the job 🤔😔😔

She had a chance to protect us from the ANC when she was Public Protector, but gave in to pressure from the ANC, as she is an ANC member too. They rewarded her greatly for her loyalty.
State capture is no new phenomenon eversince private businesses started doing business with the state the state capture started Madonsela knows this, it's just the mission was to get rid of Zuma by any means necessary hence she instructed that scope of the Zondo thing should only focus on the Zuma years, now we will never know how deep this capture rot is thanks to her.

How can Madonsela say Ramaphosa was not implicated when the Glencore saga mentions his name, and Popo Molefe mentioned his name in the Eskom mess ? The man was the chair of the deployment committee of the ANC for God's sake !!! She speaks more like a Ramaphosa agent or something !!!

This is a very easy question to answer. The ANC captured South Africa - and Thuli is part of that organization.

Because she was the acting puplic protector at that time and she made the suggestion for the commssion to be called into life.
A good question that needs you to answer it as the former public protector.
Zuma was President. He was accountable whether he benefited directly or indirectly, unfortunately he must answer. Don't have to drag-in Ramaphosa unnecessarily.
I don't think the evidence of the Zondo commission will be used at court because those who were implicated were also forced to give evidence or assisting the investigation against themselves

She recieved complaints to investigate and so she did. She did her job
Those who implicated ramaphosa were implicated heavily themselves. Perhaps ramaphosa is guilty of corruption but as she says the commission was mandated to investigate state capture. Whether this is all being used as a tool just to get rid of zuma is irrelevant because he still has to answer the allegations. If he has let his dirt land him in trouble then that's his fault.
