- Former Public Protector Professor Thuli Madonsela is not keen to appear before the Parliamentary inquiry probing Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane's fitness to hold office. The inquiry has, however, decided to go ahead with its decision to subpoena Madonsela. Madonsela had written to Mkhwebane's legal team, stating that she does not see the rationale for her appearance.

This PP IS annoying! Is she now arguing that her Legal Team wasn't paid while the Office of the PP clearly stated that it no longer pays the legal fees as this is a personal matter (incompetence and other issues being investigated against her). This INCOMPETEN Adv. MPOFU is as usually using delaying strategies on bringing irrelevant witness that will not bring anything useful for the defense perspective of the PP. Now, the chair of the Commission is WRONG and will face a battle to lose on insisting to call Adv. MADONSELA (former PP). Adv. MADONSELA is right, as since there is nothing yet substantial that is related and implicated or influenced the work of the current PP into actions that she has facing impeachment; any needed information has to be obtained by observation and documents that she left at the office. Adv. MPOFU MUST stop thinking that by calling other individuals and probably humiliating them, as they tried to do against the President with ZUMA's private prosecution; it will help his cases.
