I've always preferred ground turkey to ground beef. It took me awhile but I finally got my sister around to my way of thinking. If not it being healthier, it's definitely cheaper than ground beef. And in these times we all could use cheap good protein options

I make a turkey chili that is so good with that ground turkey. 1 pound ground turkey, a can of any beans you like, if the beans are in chili sauce no need to rinse, onion, bell pepper-green and red, or whatever you have, a can or frozen corn, diced tomatoes no need to drain or rotel if want to add more flavor, beef stock or bullion, also garlic I use fresh and garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and whatever heat level of pepper you like black or red. It’s all just kind of eyeballing it and tasting to get the spices and liquid level right- so freaking good. Just simmer everything together for a bit and serve with whatever you like with chili.

You have a lovely personality! Thank you for posting this! It all looks very delicious and on the easy side!
Just for comparison on the cost of ground turkey for you, I avoided a box of ground turkey patties when I saw they were $16.00 by Butterball. However at Aldi, I found a box with same amount for $6.00 by Jenny-O and decided to try them. Looking forward to that later this week. I believe the flavor game changer is truly the Worchesire Sauce (however it is spelled)! :)

I went to my IGA store and found frozen Biscuits reduced to $.50 ! I bought three packages . I will be making Egg, Ham and Cheese Breakfast Biscuits and some with Egg, Peppers and Bacon Bits yummmm
The last time I used Ground Turkey I made a Cottage Pie, Spaghetti Sauce, and Cheeseburger Soup all with a pound of meat - these were not 1 serving meals but @ least 4 portions of each ! It can really be stretched by adding other ingredients. For Spaghetti Sauce I add in Wheat Germ to bulk it up and provide more fiber and B vitamins.

Cook up an envelope of brown gravy mix-the powder kind-and mix about a half cup in with the turkey then it’s ready to go in the baking pan.
