I enjoyed staying in Palm Desert for vacation. Such peace and relaxation. Great coffee, restaurants, and shopping areas. I look forward to visiting again soon.
@@BrandyValentineRealEstate The $730k average home price at 4:32 was a bit of a shocker, especially since my current home is valued around $340k. The jump in cost would definitely make relocating quite a stretch!
In summer at Palm Springs I took a walk on a path and I was swarmed by super aggressive giant gnats or something like that. They weren’t mosquitoes but it was super annoying.
No winter. No thunder storms. No tornadoes. 6 days of rain only. I live in Tennessee and love it but our Border Collie freaks out in thunder storms. We have also had some bad storms. One storm took down 5 trees on our property and shut down electricity for 2.5 days. We have had fatalities from tornadoes in neighboring towns. Because the 2 towns PD and PS are so close you have the advantages of both. You can live in Palm desert and go to eat and shop in Palm springs. We would love that. Also just 100 miles from the Mexico border makes day trips there possible. Sounds good to me if a good home is affordable.
I've read there are a few problems in parts of Arizona with a car window sometimes becoming heat-glued to the door by its rubber seal. Are there any cities in Coachella Valley this might occur.
I’ve never heard of that. I have an 11 year old car that’s rarely seen a garage or shade and the rubber trim on my car has deteriorated over time but has never melted.
Perfect Comparison! I think i am, was and will be a Palm Springs Type of Guy... as a single gay man...i guess, Palm Springs may have more to offer, when it comes to Cafés, where one can sit alone for hours....read a book...and still not lonely
Be sure to watch my downtown PS video where I do exactly that. I sat at the Paris cafe for at least 2 hours and watched people go by before filming that video. :)
Although I agree however per constitutional rights, sellers should have full authority to do as they please with their property. The city where the home is located needs to enforce rules so things don’t get out of hand which our cities are.
@@BrandyValentineRealEstate true but there are all kinds of legal restrictions on uses of property starting with basic zoning codes. As well as lending rules and tax laws. Wow! Thanks for breaking this down for us
Any time!

For a brief moment I was considering relocating from Illinois to PD, until I saw this 4:32
Why’s that?

You can find a great home 3/2 1300sqft for about 500k in PD and LQ! Don’t be discouraged. It’s possible!
excellent information - thank you!
Thanks for watching!
Cool channel! Keep up the good work!
Thank you!! 😊
Palm Desert actually has functional roads that won't destroy your car.
I agree with this statement 😂Wind and dust
This is a confusing statement

Yeah the gnats can be annoying 🥴
@@BrandyValentineRealEstate i love Palm Springs but that was a shocker
How far is best western resort to margarita resort
We don’t have a best western resort but Margaritaville resort is about a 35min drive from Palm Desert.
Very helpful

Seriously? That’s the question? Duh!!!
Investors are destroying our housing markets
Hones should be reserved for people to buy and live in.
