Love your process dude. The only power tools I have are a CNC router and a drill so I have to get creative with it, having all of these tools makes everything so much cleaner. One day...
@11:01 it looks like the body got some kind of varnish or gloss coat as the CNC is cutting out around the top; is this to prevent chipout or something, or is this just squeeze-out left over from adhering the top to the body?
Beautiful work! I have two questions: 1. when you carve the back side of the neck, is the radiused fretboard in a cutout on a riser pad? 2. Why cut the pickup and tremolo cavities after finishing?
Hi, 1. Correct, there is a raiser with a routing where the fretboard goes 2. It's my personal preference to have cleaner cavities, also makes shielding easier.
Hi, I apologize for this. Where did you send the email? I have not received anything as far as I know. Could you please try again to info@ankacustom.com?

WOW!!!
Beautiful, but why opaque paint covering that extraordinary flamed maple top and head stock? Why not transparent stain?
Please adopt me so I can learn from you every day!
Beautiful... But why cover up that flame maple with black paint, why not just unfigured maple? Just curious.
well the only reason I could think of is because then you will see a flame maple binding effect
Wow
so how did you get the body perfectly in line for the CNC after it was completed? It looks like it was sitting in a cut out board jig is that it?

Too bad this person isn’t serious about making money. I sent his company an email and I have yet to hear back from anyone.
