When you drag the auto pan into the snare track, what was the purpse of Grouping the Reverb and creating the parallel chain?

Awesome video and perfect timing. Just starting looking into what I should be doing with panning. I'm a noob.
Reid, I have quarter note kicks throughout most of my beat, but I have 16th notes at one point, and it sounds bad with the quarter note setting on the auto pan.
Is there an easier way around this than moving those 16th notes to a new track with a different auto pan?

Brandon Bennett you can easily automate the rate on AutoPan
You can also shorten your kicks by cutting and fading the tail of the audio instead of using Autopan

I found "snyced rate" but I'm unsure how to make changes. There is no red line like when automating track volume

Was it recorded at a different tempo?
Maybe ableton is warping them out of alignment. Double click on all your audio and make sure warp is off in the bottom left corner to bypass any automatic time stretchibg
