I really wonder what happened with Lysistrata, because in the book she didnt really seem like she enjoyed the Hunger Games. She cried a little when Jessup died and she also corrected Lepidus saying that Jessup was a human not a dog. I wonder if she eventually also worked with the rebels or more like Tigris was a rebel sympathiser. Would love to know that :)

Lucy Gray is dead. Either she died right there when he shot her, or a little later of a gunshot wound. If not, then she died later in the woods. All the survival theories are really implausible, and there is a ton of foreshadowing and narrative clues that she died. And it makes most sense narratively. People just want to believe she survived because of wishful thinking. Which is weird, because to believe she survived in District 13 (in spite of how far it is and how difficult it would be to get there, and also that they had no reason to trust her and reveal themselves to her and take her in), that would require her to change her entire personality and become a different person. Living in District 13, the dullest and least free place anywhere on the continent, would probably be worse than death for her, and if we're to think she lived there, then she not only must have changed her name but her whole personality and didn't leave any mark on District 13, because when we see them in Katniss' time, they didn't know music or entertainment and were 100% militaristic and everyone has their lives controlled and living by a schedule. Lucy Gray was not a person who lives an inconspicuous life and doesn't leave a mark on people. And she was all about freedom, love, music, fun, everything the opposite of what District 13 is about, She left her mark on the Capitol through the entertainment and fashion and she left her mark on District 12 through her songs that lived on through Maude Ivory and eventually Katniss. There is no trace of Lucy Gray influence in District 13. That's why the survival theories feel so fake and even insulting to her as a character. She died - and with her, all the things she embodies died in Panem, for 60+ years..
I finished the book today and I was so sad when I got to the part where Sejanus was hanged. Such a waste. He seemed like a super cool, caring, loving guy. He had Coriolanus's back at all times. Even though he made a few mistakes, he was like the best person after Tigris. A huge shame!
