I used to tie flies with my black lab's fur when she was here. It did pretty well! Especially as a little jig streamer. Always good fun! I have one left that will forever sit on my tying desk. Always good to see you both, I feel like it has been an age!
Love Snips, I have a sproodle, Pippa, they are great dogs, their joy at being with their humans and being outside is amazing, I can see Snips is the same. Their tail fur is great for salmon flies, particularly sunrays 😊

I’ve used the fur from my mini Rex rabbits for dry fly dubbing. It’s superfine and dubs a treat.

Andy. What’s the rod, i am in the market for a new rod (nephew slammed boot) I mainly fish fish spiders, dry’s and classic ghee and pan.
