Hey angel.. can it be done out in intense sun light? I hv air fryer I can’t get the results it just cooks rather dehydrating even on 120* celcius.

Just bought a stackable food dehydrator. If you only want to dehydrate a small amount of food, can you use just one tray or do all the trays have to be in place with the food on the top tray? My Users Manual doesn't say anything about this. Appreciate your help. Your video was very helpful. Thank you.
