Chicken thighs
2 tsp garlic & ginger paste
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp sage
1 paprika
1 egg
3 tsp flour
1 tsp sazon Goya
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Oil to fry
00:00 Introduction
00:31 wash chicken thoroughly
01:59 seasoning
02:30 mix well
04:18 add chicken and fry until golden brown
06:25 transfer it to a paper lined tray to absorb any excess oil
