  • Caramel Cornflakes By Chef Nun
    Ingredients:
    Cornflakes 225 grams.
    Roasted Mixed Nuts 225 grams.
    Raisins 150 grams.
    Salted Butter 75 grams.
    Evaporated Milk 25 grams.
    Sugar 35 grams.
    Brown Sugar 35 grams.
    Salt ½ teaspoon
    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven 170°C.
    2. In a large mixing bowl add Cornflakes, roasted mixed nuts, raisins, mixed together, set aside.
    3. In saucepan add salted butter, evaporated milk, brown sugar, sugar, salt over lower heat bring it to boil and well combined.
    4. Pour the caramel sauce over the cornflakes, mixed well together.
    5. Place on lined baking tray, spread evenly.
    6. Bake for 20 minutes. Between 10 minutes remove the tray to mixed around.
    7. Remove from the oven, mixed around until cooling down.
    8. Completely cool then keep in airtight container.
