As far as Avatar goes, I think its mostly the appeal of James Cameron. The guy has a ton of reach and the movies are well made. People trust him to deliver a fairly strong movie no matter what.
I would put Deadpool in front of Moana 2 and Frozen 3. Because of Wish being garbage and just the general excitement of marvel fans of the return of Wolverine and Deadpool

Then if new captain america goes well, then it will peak intrwst in modern mcu, then if the fantastic four does wrll, then there will be interest in more stand alone movies.
