The machine works really good. ***The problem*** It will always vibrate and pitches will be out of the strike zone if It's on flat ground, dirt, grass, or concrete ***The Solution*** ***FOR PREFECT PITCHES*** PERFECT PITCHES ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE MACHINE'S LEGS ALL ON THE GROUND (TIED DOWN). 1. Get large/long zip ties. 2. Tie the zip tie around the bottom of the legs & leave enough room for stick stakes (like the ones that hold down hitting nets) or long nails to hold it in the dirt or grass. ***It's takes a minute to do all of that and the ACCURACY of the PITCHES will be PINPOINT.****
The leather ball is oversized that's why it won't pitch in the machine. Also, your tire needs air in it because without sufficient air in the tire, the wheel rotates on the hub and goes out of balance. You need to realign the balance marks on the tire, put air in the tire, and this will eliminate the vibrating noise.
Nice set-up, looks like your machine was vibrating a little bit. Did you check the tire pressure and make sure it was balanced? I have one as well and after balancing it, it runs beautifully.
Can you open up one side of the cage for a regular manual machine pitch from 40'+ out.. I don't mind hit balls from my 7 year old going straight. I just want to stop them from going left/right to the neighbors. :)
Curious, I just bought my 14yr old this cage. He’s about 6’2. He’s been playing for a few years and hit a hard hitter. Which machine is recommended for older teens/adults that seem to work really good?
@@thinbluelinefishingllc thanks, I’ll look into it. I’m not too familiar with these but bought the heater brand batting cage, would you happen to know if all pitching machine work with this cage?

Is going to be easily $400. I returned mine because it was to small for me. Perfect for someone under 5'7. My swing hit the net all the time.

Lol why didn't you just move the pitching machine over and stand closer to one side?

Just bought this machine,… Kids love it!
I have that cage package too. It's great and worth the money. The only bad thing is that the ball feeder tends to get jammed a lot.
How much does the package cost?
It cost me about $275 plus all the extra supplies like balls and feeder. It was on sale but you can get it for about $350-$400 without a sale.
Thanks
Just what I was looking for thanks for the review.

How do you balance the tire?
Thank You
Can you do a video on how to do that?
I just got it. You use the pitching machine inside ? What if some one hit a line drive into your machine ?
Then they’re legally skilled

Thank you for the Video and Info
What extra wiring did you use and did you get those holes for the extra wiring?

maybe if u had the pitching machine outside the net it would work better on accuracy.
net is good but i used pvc 2in and works great.
HDroadglide 05 what did you use the 2” pvc to replace?
the length you stated its about 22 feet long and 8 feet high but do you have the measurement on the sides or width span?
I'm assuming you have some sort of non-mechanical/technical profession?
why does the net look so low ?
All high and outside.
Thanks for this review.

If your going to invest a little money, I'd recommend the Jugs PS50. It's around $800 but you might be able to find it cheaper.

@@laurab203 not all will fit the ball hole opening from the outside. You might need to do some adjustments
Get the xtender if your taller than average height
How do you mow your lawn with the cage in your yard?!?!
You can lift the bottom of the net to cut the grass. Then use a weed Wacker by the poles in the ground.
hey what kind of bat do you use?
