Best video out for this product full stop! Wind and all this video provides a sound preview of both machines. I recently purchased this machine alongside with a Jackery 600plus, the machine works great! The machine pulls less than 80w on level 10. The Jackery runs this machine for 6.7hrs, more than enough for batting practice.
Bought the $150 machine, well bought it less than that, but still good and still have it, just can’t stand and stabilize it self, but grounders and hitting 👌
Why do you not choke up on bat when you swing? I noticed your lower hand is resting on the handle knob. I was always taught to choke up on the bat so the bat doesn't limit its swing speed response on your hand. Thank you. I'm very curious about your take.
I just put the links in the description of the video, I believe Academy Sports carries the slider lite 360 machines in some stores. But other than that you would have to order online. I also found out they have a fastball curveball machine that is like the real ball machine in this video for just an extra $100 retail called Heater Pro
That’s what I’ve been looking for is a battery that can power my pitching machine. I don’t think you mentioned the voltage of the machines but mine is a 110v so I’m wondering if that battery will power it.
Have you tried the heater pitching machine with lite flite balls for real fly balls. Worried about if you angle the machine upward so much so the ball feeder with be so tilted it won't deliver the balls. And hardball won't go far with this machine so therefore I'd want to use lite flite so they may go 280 ft. I wonder if thsts possible to emulate a real almost big league pop up. Any thoughts or test would be appreciated with 9 inch lite flite balls.
Feeling a lot better, strength is still an issue but we're getting there The bat is a DeMarini CF3, 34/31. I haven't swung wood yet, easing into it with the metal bats 😅
I purchased one for my 9 and 6 year old to use which is still on its way. I'm having issues deciding what I can use for a power source on a field. Any suggestions on portable power source or if 200w/600w would work? I appreciate any feedback.
Great review Andrew, can you tell us how many hours did you get from the 200W battery pack. Is it enough atleast for an hour or do you need to buy a larger one. Thanks
It would run for at least an hour. About an hour and a half. But if you wanna get super good for the money portable power. I recommend the Bluetti AC50S. Check out reviews on them. After tax they are about $265.00 on sale...which they have on sale often. And, they are 500WH. They have a much longer battery lifecycle. I perosnally have one. Plus some bigger over 2000WH products of theirs. Very worth it!
how many watts was the Jackery? I just purchase a Jackery 600 plus 800w LiFeO4 station for my Heater Sport Softball machine, have yet to try it out but since he was using a 300w Jackery I'm guessing I'm good.
Do you find that the RPM goes up by itself if left on say 5 and suddenly starts getting faster? I have the pro and if it’s on 5 and left for 30 seconds or more it sounds like it goes up to max speed, it’s plugged in. Thank you for the video!
I’m also looking, have you found anything under 1K? We have an aggressive way above average 14 year old! I’m considering the Heater 75, it’s around $850.00
@@cedricmcdonald8537 you could move the machine closer to decrease the reaction time giving to swing. That's what I did when I had one of these about 10 years ago.
There are about a million ways to keep wind from ruining the sound of a mic. Might take you maybe two minutes to find an easy fix you like. Just saying.

stoked your back uploading! your videos with the soft toss machine got me back into hitting again.
Great video and tutorial. Very helpful thanks
Thank you!
This was very helpful ⚾️
Did I miss something. Hardly saw any comparison of the lite machine and real machine in action
What battery was that? The second battery you showed
Bought the $150 machine, well bought it less than that, but still good and still have it, just can’t stand and stabilize it self, but grounders and hitting 👌
Can you use synthetic on the bigger machine
Subbed, keep making content, I suggest a windscreen tho that’ll help quality a million , thanks tho I needed this video

Less power when you choke up on the bat, quicker swing speed but you sacrifice pop. Depends on what you're trying to do
Good review but that wind sheesh.
Awesome video
Can you do a review on jugs ps50 please
No links to buy these things? Do you know if there’s a retailer that sells them

@@andrewbats8523 thanks
I’m probably going to get the 200 dollar because I feel there’s better blocking ability
Wdym by blocking ability?
Can the slider light pitch regulation plastic wiffle balls?

Where can I buy the feeder?
Looks like ur hand is better.
Which bat are you hitting with?

@@andrewbats8523 nice! You gotta invest in some Bruce Bolt batting gloves. Those things have saved my hands time and time again.
How do you time up both machines?
Thanks man
what model is the portable generator
Customer service told me for the bigger machines u need 650w. I got a 300w now. Im trying to figure what machine to get

does the $400 one need a plug in or is it like stored energy ?
Both are plug in
Can you use real baseballs with the $180 slider lite?
Yea
They do advertise it at pitching real baseball only 45mpb but you can just moved the machine closer to you when batting
I bought the Jackery battery for the Heater and it was not able to power the machine. Jackery wont take it back.

Cual es el voltaje de la maquina pequeña de plastico???
🙂👍🏼
Subbed
Not gonna lie dude you hit some tanks hahaha good shit
You should lie, tell him his swing needs work.
I don’t understand stand with the more expensive machine isn’t more accurate? Doesn’t make any sense
My guess is the power source. Maybe it needs more power?
The wind is not your friend today.
I can’t find a good pitching machine that pitches above 70 that’s not under 1k
