New subscriber here! Great video, I went vegan 1.5 years ago and still get excited when I see other people use soy curls…so versatile!! I also have a friend who makes fresh sour dough bread, although that gets expensive. Looking forward to watching more of your videos and checking out your posts.

Great video! We eat a similar way but we do eat pasture raised meats mainly lamb and some beef and chicken we raise ourselves. My kids love to eat dried apricots. We order them in bulk from azure because they go through them quickly. They are tasty.

I love ❤️ fruits, vegetables and whole grains but I’m Type 2 diabetic and have to limit my carbohydrates. I wish I could eat a plate of fruits for breakfast. I’d be in heaven.

Please read Dr. Neal Barnards Program for Reversing Diabetes. And/or watch Forks Over Knives. Or watch UA-cam channels PCRM (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine) and Chef AJ. Another wonderful resource is Jane Esselstyn’s video on Diabetes.

Bread from Bible times weren’t GMO, covered in pesticides and were more like Ezekiel bread. Gluten/wheat makes my stomach huge, hurt for hours and I get eczema all over. So that’s impossible for me, but I agree w Whole Foods and plant based otherwise. Also beans, onions, and garlic are way too high FODMAP for me personally. But great video!

So contrary to many peoples beliefs, wheat in America is not genetically modified. It is in other countries, but not America. Wheat is breed by traditional cross breeding methods, wheat with wheat. The stalks may be shorter, but that’s to get more nutrients to the berries. Wheat in its whole form is very nutritious. The problem with American flour is that they pull all of the germ out, which leaves us with a substance that is not nutritious. Milling fresh wheat gives us a huge power packed super food that is amazing for our gut health. for those that are gluten sensitive, and do not have celiac‘s, I highly recommend milling your own wheat and making fresh sourdough bread.
