infosys is not performing from last 3 years, revenue guidance is 1% from past two years, and he is giving gyaan,

These comments are unfair to him. He helped create the industry that helped form the foundations of an additional tier 1 city in India during a difficult post independence period. He has devoted his life to the company and has came back from retirement to help manage the company. Blaming him for the any trajectory now is unrealistic and unfair.
