    First become a billionaire. Then become a philosopher. Pondering about the purpose of life is a luxury.

      @alimuhammedkhorasi8743 2 роки тому +177

      I would disagree. I think that unless you are so poor that you cant even fulfil your basic needs and properly discharge your familial responsibilities, you should constantly think about the purpose of human existence and structure your life around that purpose. That is what planning is about; theorizing and running multiple simulations in your head, logically arriving at the best possible scenario in accordance with the purpose and then directing all your energies towards actualizing it. Without knowing your ultimate purpose, it would be impossible to decide what is best as best/good/bad are subjective terms. Whatever takes you closer to fulfilling your purpose is good and whatever does not is bad. Many people go through life mindlessly chasing what society feeds into their mind only to regret it all in the end. Believe me I have seen countless of such examples wherein so-called "successful" people are crushed by the burden of regret and are failures in their own eyes. For example, there are people who go all in on their careers, sacrifice family life and dont even get married. Not saying that it is bad but it is not what MOST (not all, but most) people actually want. But unfortunately they fall prey to the "success" branding so common in today's materialistic, self-centred world.

      oh, i guess i have to first become a billionaire to ponder about the purpose of life, thanks! i am woke!!
      on a serious note, everybody ponders about the purpose of life in some way or the other, it takes a lot of self knowing and practice to know the true purpose of life, great philosophers throughout history were poor and couldn't care much about money, everybody has different goals and purposes

    Nikhil is a great human being. He has reached the peak early in life .He has colleagues who are a larger part of his family with everyone having the same purpose about the organizational development. So he does not let himself bound by anything and is in a totally free state…. which is a great achievement by any means. Philanthrophy is a natural byproduct of the thought process at this state of being free.
    Thinking about the purpose of life at this early stage in life shows his humble nature , but he needs a senior or a guru to guide/advise him .

      First rule to become successful financially - do the opposite of what these finfluencer parasites like Sharan say. I do exactly the opposite, 60% of my funds are in FD @ 7.5% p.a, 40% in real estate, I made the fortune flipping about 4 properties so far and own 4 now. FD is a simple, hassle-free and riskless return (I've earned passive income from FD for over 8 years now, returns are in the multiples of crores, purely from interest), 2 properties are rent bearing (I charge lesser than average and take full cash, no tax liability), again earned nearly 8 digits so far, tax free. I convert the cash to precious metals (silver and gold) in the unregulated goldsmith market and Ive just sold silver today for cash at 27% returns.
      Money is a dirty game, play it dirty, dont be a schmuck and give corporates the funding interest free in return for pittance of 10% or 12% returns and even day trading is like gambling, takes way too much time away from your freedom and is like playing 3 patta or dice,losers do it. If I do want to fund dirty companies like RIL, TATA, Infosys etc interest free (like in MF) I'd want returns of 25% per month, nothing less.
      Stop market investing, stop MF and stop crypto, all are intangible fools assets.

      IK. For example, when he first did the intro clip in his studio, there was so much reverb, making the audio really bad. I can understand when he's at someone's house. Probably a better mic would be the direction to go but for his in-house studio, he really needs to invest in getting some acoustic treatment considering now he's a full time content creator.

    Sharan : one tip: avoid repeating or rephrasing or summarizing speakers words in your own words. It bores the speaker (as seen in Nikhil's expressions) as well as the listeners. It's better to build up on what speaker said, by going one level deeper.

    PS Please modulate microphone correctly next time, there were many times when voice suddenly sounded more and very less. (1.5x is good for guest but we cannot understand host 😂)

    Related to your first Answer , Paying rent about 2% of the property cost looks good if you are able to make more return than (property appreciation + rent) from that money which you would have spent buying that property .
    Secondly it gives us flexibility to move other place easier if required .
    Just one thing you need to sacrifice is social instinct of having own house.

    Amazing amazing content! I've been investing in cryptocurrencies, stocks, REITS and other assets for over two years now but i only started earning over $5000 weekly profits from my portfolio when i adopted a growth mindset and I became intentional about investing the right way and using the right management techniques for my investments.
