Because the sets alone are $520. Then you add I dunno, a few hundred worth of minifigs. I guess if it was official the figs wouldn’t add that much. I suppose a stark mansion for $500 isn’t too far fetched similar to avengers tower. Ok let’s get it.
Wow! I had the same idea when I saw that Friends Mansion set. You definitely pulled it off way better then I could. That original Iron Man 3 set is one of my favorites. I don’t know how many times I expended that set. Even last year I attempted it again using some of the newer Iron Man sets. Making a cliff part was always the hardest part for me.

The crazy thing i just realized is that the only MCU franchises (has to have at least 2 films or 2 seasons to qualify) outside of the Avengers that we got every villain for is Iron-Man, Black Panther and Spider-Man.
Unless you count the Tobey McGuire & Andrew Garfield Movies, we did not get all of the main Spiderman villains, and if we're talking all villains, even if you include those movies mcu hasn't had anywhere near all spiderman villains.
It would be really amazing if you were to be able to continue this moc and add things from other sets and not just the pieces included, so much potential! Amazing nonetheless
