- In this video, I'll be sharing my thoughts on the brand new LEGO AVENGERS TOWER. This is set 76269 and will retail for $500 at the LEGO Store and LEGO online. It is an absolute marvel of a set with so many great minifigs, and I am very excited to share it with you for the first time!

"I don't want to seem as I'm nitpicking" as the first half of the video is that. They just released a marvel set with 3 spider men.... there are references to endgame and age of ultron so I see why scarlet witch is in her endgame outfit... I am sure alot of people have a bunch of marvel minifigures... im sure alot of people are buying the tower for the Tower. I will get it but not for minifigures.
I think they went with a younger lookin face for hawkeye (since in the avengers he was a little younger), the newer one kinda has wrinkles to show age like he was in his series😂just disappointed it wasn’t dual face printing..but AMAZING review🫡💯

instead of Wong who i have in my collection they could put Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier or Minifig scale Antman in there but it makes sense that Spidey is not in this set cuz he has an own set with the daily bugle

The piping pieces on the landing pad could also be iron man’s spinning rims from “Then skip the spinning rims were on the clock”

I think your missing pieces on the exterior of the model were misplaced and built into the prison cell. I may be wrong, but I believe the 1x2 ingot pieces were intended to be used there instead of the vent pieces, which were for building in the tower itself.

This is a must buy, but due to saving money, I'm going have to wait to buy this.
If they had to pick any character for this set that has never been involved with the tower. A MCU Abomination would have been welcome and could possiblly open the door for a comic version

17:28 I think the designers can only make a certain number of new designs a year & a torso counts as 2 designs, 1 for the front & 1 for the back so if they can reuse the torso on 1 character so they can make a 2nd minifigure for the set, I’m for getting both in one set. If there weren’t these limits on designs it would be nice but the limits are there for a reason.

Great review which this is a set I'll never own but I do like it and think it's worth $500 even with all the QC issues and design quirks.

how long did it take you to build? Also is it easy to pick up and move?
I was shocked when I saw you put Black Widow in the quinjet 😮 other people said you can't fit anyone but Nick Fury.
Do you recommend getting this for parts? I think those window elements are quite expensive to buy individually and there are lots of other useful pieced too. I would get the figures as collectors items. I think this would be a great set to build mocs. I'm not that into marvel so Im thinking about it.
What do you mean there is nothing new about the mark seven it has completely new print on the body compared to the old mark seven if you don’t believe me go get an old mark seven LEGO to compare

And the flying armor is actually the Mark 7. Not the mark 8.
I believe the idea behind using that generic star wars head for hawkeye is because they were trying to make him look younger because he was the 2012 hawkeye. I would have prefered them to use the more accurate and chiseled face but it was a nice idea.
This set is so cool, I’m saving up for it rn and I should be able to buy it by December, this is my favourite of the 4 modular Marvel buildings (including Xmen mansion coming in November) 😊

Don't you think that there is a lot of waste space around the building? I mean, they did like in the Sanctum Sanctorum, where a lot of space is given to the backyard while using the full base available, enlarging the build of 5-6 studs, would have produced a much more proportionate building.

I’ll just say it should have been bigger for the price, looks cool, but windows half a minifigure size are kinda meh. Also I know it wasn’t a realistic expectation but I thought we would be able to fit the UCS Quinjet onto the pad. Boy was I wrong
If you wanted an avengers tower that was to scale with the quintet it would be double the price unfortunately

I really want this to expand to my city. I have all the other marvel buildings so I would have three for three , and it would look so awesome next to my daily bugle. THIS SET IS BEAUTIFUL AND EASILY TRUMPS ANY OTHER LEGO MARVEL SET OTHER THAN DAILY BUGLE!

I Agree With You On This Set But Imo (U Don't Have To Agree) The Scratches On Some Lego Pieces Especially Glass Pieces Kinda Adds Detail It Makes It Look Like It's Been Used Alot And Ppl Tried Breaking Out.

“I’m reviewing this as critically as I possibly can” is the best joke I heard on this channel all year. The whole COVID situation and especially the year 2023, have made YT’bers like Jonathan’s, basicly b*tches of the Lego ambassadors program. When he talks about Flaws and inaccuracy’s he refers to most as “ just so you know” because he’s to affraid to just plane say when something is bad or 100% inaccurate, because the one thing Jonathan loves above all is the money and the attention that his channel provides him.
Not calling Lego out on the obligatory faceprint for at least Eric Selvig to show he was brainwashed, the lazy design choises with putting in a helicarrier jailcell instead of a more movie accurate scene, the lazy minifig selection, the lack of printed arms or dualmolded legs, EVERYTHING is beeing explained by him basicly as; a well it is wat it is!
Jonathan has the influence to make the Lego group think about how they are handeling some IP’s, but rather stays a ambassadors program sheep that’s just agrees and nods to everything they give us. If this is someone who is suppost to represent the AFOL super heroes community to makes things better in the years to come, whe are in a really really reallyyyyy bad spot.
This is why I respect Mandr so much on the Star Wars IP. Rather stay a true fan of my IP and have to buy everything myself, then sell myself out for some free Lego and betray my followers and fellow hardcore fans.
