Daily reminder that E9's inertia is literally demonstrated on Introverted Sensing when Jung mentions that the IS is "a painter who tries to draw a landscape he sees but the painting looks completely different from what the landscape really is" It is nothing less than the distortion of the sensory object for the interpretation and comfort of introverted cognition, the romanticization of experiences and sensations. Which is exactly what E9 does, romanticize their experiences and it becomes their grand world, so they can forget about everything else, including themselves. SP9 romanticizes literal sensations, SX9 romanticizes relationships and the feelings embedded therein, SO9 romanticizes his forgetfulness in social work. All different mechanisms within the same cognition. Just like all E5s are IN, all E9s are IS.
This is again a bunch of word salad twisted to suit your personal tastes, which I wouldn’t doubt when you’ve read C. Jung’s material on this disposition you’ve stopped at the words “introverted sensations” in a literalistic way. The Nine as a type in general doesn’t have a libido that’s turned inwards. As the whole point is in a person that’s lost themselves and therefore the introverts egocentricity is lost. The passion of the nine is found in someone who indeed interacts and perceives the world in an ultimately concretistic sense. When Jung describes a painter he was merely giving a look into a process, in how the Introverted Sensation type extrapolates from the object. However this is only merely observatory, rather than anything involved or to do with it. Which is why there may be a paranoid inclination towards it, as there’s only an insinuation and feeling applied towards it. It is similar to how the Introverted Intuitive insinuates things through unconscious archetypes. But with a different source and perception. Also there was never a single mention of “physical comfort” in Jung’s writings about it. I can only assume this thought comes from Socionics, and a more literalistic version of it.
@@Siegreist E9 has a libido turned inward in a sense that they focus only on the inner romanticized perception of the sensation, instead of the objective reality

It is painfully funny how accurate i was with it, god bless, it's okay, if there is any place you should enjoy your neurosis, it's on this channel lol.
The way that you describe the Enneagram Nine seems to fit better with Jungian extroversion of withdrawing from the subject unconsciously as a means of forgetting themselves, who they are, et cetera. I especially note this with SO9 (which I think is archetypally Extroverted Feeling over Introverted Sensation since it tends to forget itself (archaic introversion) through an adherence towards value-judgments from the objects that exists in the group as a form of self-sacrifice. Introverted Sensation works with SX9 and maybe Extroverted Feeling. SP9 tends to be Sensation dominants.
No it's not, E5 suffers from the same lack of inner connection and it's still IN coded, it's the same to E9, all IS. SO9 Is not archetypally Extroverted Feeling, stop spreading missinformation. Not to mention you're saying it's Jungian extraversion when extraversion in all dichotomies, mainly Jungian is about expading and being loyal to the concrete, which both SP9 and SO9 doesn't do, they aren't expansive with feelings or sensations, they're normative with it, they recycle and idealizes their sensations and inertia to a extent that crosses the reality of the concrete object, aka introversion and more specifically Introverted Sensation. IS is about a painter who, when he paints a landscape, the painting looks completely different from what he is seeing, distortion of the sensory object, that's IS that's what E9 does with their forms of inertia.

Sp9 and high agreeableness should never be used in the same sentence. They're generally very disagreeable by default. I'd imagine them to be moderate in agreeableness at the highest
@@masterprocrastinator6026 Due to Se-ignoring and 2V/4V they're rarely going to stir up shit unless pushed, so they're more often than not unproblematic. @@newslavehonestly I do see the sp8 takes as fairly valid, however it does kinda depend on how you interpret this fictional character. For me, this character represents overcoming the passion of indolence- throughout his life he seemed to always merge with one thing or another. Whether it be his sword, his adoptive father, his band, fighting and war, his leader, or with his lover. He always seemed to identify with things outside of himself, not for just basic needs and desires, but to feel fulfilled and have purpose in some way with what he thought being ‘this is what I should do, I guess’ and getting lost to himself in the process. Behavior wise he differs from 8 core, on account of his actual passivity deep down and really there’s no rebellion in him, his need to fight back comes from his merging with the fighting and trauma. He does what he does, in many scenes he makes it clear that if he doesn’t have to get too involved he won’t. But the berserk universe is determined to stop him so… yeah I’m interested to hear other perspectives on 8 core, although I’m set on e9 sp9 core. Also, just listen to rusts description on the video of sp9 and think of guts while you do, it all aligns
Another thing that people mention all the time is that he is in no way shape or form First Will, this is also why many think E8 doesn't make any sense for him

doesn't change much, your subtype is the most important, involving IVs can only make it more difficult to really find your type with it all

SP5 are far more passive and they have an intellectual inclination
Sp9 are more friendly, sociable and grounded, sp5 are much more withdrawn and detached.
