Can I use apple vinegar or regular balsamic vinegar instead of the one used in the video??? Thx inadvance!
Thanks for your question Michal. The Fondo brand white balsamic vinegar condiment is slightly sweet and light tasting. I would not use apple cider vinegar in this recipe. However, you could make a light balsamic reduction and use that with this recipe or drizzle in a little honey in regular balsamic to balance the sour flavors before baking. How long do you need to bake it?
Hello Daniel bake our Balsamic Roasted Fennel and Carrots at 425 degrees F or 218 degrees C for 20 minutes then stir and then another 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
