I purchases a Ciaz in 2018 and with a month the power steering failed. The Nexa service centre where audacious enough to say that Ciaz did not come with a power steering. I fought for 4 years and got frustrated and sold the car and went for a foreign brand and am very happy with it. .After buying 4 Maruti cars, I decided not to buy Maruti again. So I feel the pain of the customer in the video.

Similar issue came with my Brothers Ciaz as well , issue in Gearbox in brand new car, in a weeks time, although it was covered in warrenty, but opening a brand new car after purchase and inconvenience during first long trip is purely harrasment, when maruti personnel are rude in addressing you and not accepting their fault!!!
And youtubers call them great Service providors!!!

Last service i found that they had put 0w20 instead of recommended 0w16 oil in service manual . I just mailed regional maruti head about mismatch. Workshop manager called and replaced oil with 0w16 as per bill without charging extra. Before initiating any such action, one must mail all dissatisfaction to regional and zonal head of maruti.
Zonal Manager ko hi Service Center me baitha do😂😂😂. Sab ko nahi pata hota hai yeh raasta.

Infact 0w20 protect better so wear and tear less happen
I suggest you go with 0w20
Only benifit of 0w16 is mileage improvement on the cost of early engine overhaul and huge expense 😅
If u are out to 0w20 then it's for ur good... Don't blame them and stick to 0w20 even in future....
0w16 is even thinner oil used to reduce pollution and increase mileage but ull loose engine life
0w20 is good and will make the engine quieter and life longer. it's no problem even if 5w30 is used. it's all a balance between engine protection and fuel economy. Also ambient temperatures play role. The difference in fuel economy is miniscule.
With 5w30 ull get atlest 1kmpl less

I can relate very much with the owner. Huge respect to this car owner for escalating the issue.
Criminal case must be registered against owner for putting others in danger. There are other ways too to manage the situation. Now a days, everyone behaves as if they are hero of south Indian movie.

Bhaiyya, yeh toh mast maal hai! तो मैं वहाँ अपनी गाड़ी की सर्विसिंग के लिए गया था, ना? मगर वहाँ जो हुआ वो तो मेरे होश ही उड़ा दिए। एक सफेद स्विफ्ट टैक्सी आई, गियर ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा था। वो गरीब ड्राइवर उन्हें समझा रहा था, पर वो सर्विस वाले तो उसे मुँह नहीं लगा रहे थे! मानो उनकी गाड़ी छूना भी गुनाह हो!
फिर थोड़ी देर में, एक और सफेद स्विफ्ट आई। पर ये तो हालत खराब थी! किसी गुस्से वाले ऑफिसर ने जोर से दरवाजा पटका था, तो पूरा दरवाजा ही हिल गया था। ताला, हैंडल, सब कुछ टूटा-फूटा था।
अब क्या था, सर्विस वाले उसका दरवाजा ठीक करने की बजाय, सीधे उठाकर उस टैक्सी में लगा देते हैं! वो टैक्सी वाला तो बेचारा भड़क गया। कहने लगा मेरी गाड़ी में तो कोई दिक्कत ही नहीं है! तुम मेरी गाड़ी का पार्ट बिना पूछे कैसे लगा सकते हो? फिर पता चला कि वो टैक्सी वाला कोई मामूली आदमी नहीं था। पूरे शहर में उसकी 50 से भी ज्यादा गाड़ियाँ थीं। तो मामला काफी बढ़ गया। यहाँ तक सुना कि कुछ सर्विस वालों की नौकरी भी छूट गई होगी।
मुझे तो यार, उनकी इस हरकत से बहुत बुरा लगा। गाड़ियों की सर्विसिंग करनी है कि चोरी? ग्राहक के साथ ऐसा व्यवहार कैसे कर सकते हैं? सोचता हूँ, मेरी गाड़ी भी उनके हाथों में देता तो क्या होता? उस दिन तो बिना सर्विसिंग करवाए ही वापस आ गया, और अब शायद ही कभी जाऊँगा।
बताओ ना, ये कैसा चक्कर है?

I amnot sure why Nexa/Maruti sales and service is so overhyped. I had a terrible purchase and then first service experience at Nexa. People bash VW and I get better service there. In India it's not the brand but the specific service centers that can be bad or worse. Seeing good service is a rarity.
One can easily guess Nexa showrooms are not as good at staff and servicing as traditional maruti shops, seen a marked difference in attitude difference, went for Brezza few years back at Nexa showroom but seeing salesman attitude bought another brand sedan
This is main reason and customer / end user is un happy, that is why Maruti is loosing Market share in India.

Car owner did correct as service centers will take it as a lesson and car companies may put more efforts in after car services... But he also did wrong by sacrificing 13 lack car... I can understand he was frustrated but he could have gone to another service centre or outside mechanic....
Bhai make a video and car influencers who are making citizens buy such cars with there sponsored videos .. in reality purchasing a car is a process which is always painfull from dealers pushing us to buy particular trim to selling accessories and increase in price after waiting period, after purchase such issues from service centres
I have tata nexon petrol high end 2020 model telangana. I never faced any issue with tata service. People are showing it as bad service is tata but i never faced it.

Maruti and suzuki both responsible for encouraging poor product quality/safety in India . they are present in india since long and generated huge revenue but never invested in safety/quality.
Regulatory bodies aur public ka bhi dosh Raha hai, jab log safe cars khareedate hi nhi to bana ke kya karegi. Abhi isi month TATA ne market share lose Kiya hai aur maruti ne maintain.

I cant say sahi or galat , bro but believe if someone decides to gut his own new car then imagine the kind of dissatisfaction and disappointment from the dealer and service personal., it may be mental agony and harassment and one feels helpless in such situations and takes a drastic step
Owner should not have taken such extreme step. He lost his hard earned money and may be case will get registered against him.

India me aise complaint k liye govt portal honi chahiye jiske tahat un dealership ki agreement turant dismis kar di jaye aur future unhe blacklist v kiya jaye kisi aur company's k dealer banne se.
