Hervey Bay's a beautiful spot. We're so glad you enjoyed the video and thanks very, very much for taking the time to comment. We really appreciate it and it helps with the UA-cam algorithms a lot. Cheers!
We love Mooloolaba but the anchorage is not very good. We last stayed there in Episode 3 which was enough to convince us to skip it on the way back south. If you can use one of the marinas it is a lovely stop but we try to avoid that expense when on the move. We're so glad you're enjoying our videos. Has Celeste arrived here yet? Cheers!

Thanks for watching and asking the question. Ours is a Leisure Furl and WE LOVE IT. We have sailed with slab reef and in mast furling previously and would not trade our boom furling for anything now. It is so easy. Karen puts the mainsail up and down effortlessly from the safety of the cockpit while I handle the mizzen usually. We believe the boom furler will allow us to sail longer as we advance in age. There are a number of good UA-cam videos available if you search "leisurefurl". Hope this helps. Cheers!
Nice episode guys! You know it’s a good time when the wheel comes off for a cockpit session on a Whitby 👏
You got that right! Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks mate.
Loving the spinnaker !
Thanks guys. We're always smiling when it is flying. It's beautiful in light airs.
Catching and releasing fish is still better than not catching anything I think. Glad you guys weathered the winds safely.
Thanks Steve. Young Kristian had a ball fishing regardless of what we caught. His excitement was infectious and all great fun. Cheers!
Thanks guys
Our pleasure!
Another great vid ~ we were out the same day, as it was my husbands 60th ( we live at HERVEY BAY )

I’m working backwards now through your episodes.. again, thanks for the Mooloolaba advice!

How do you like the boom furling mainsail?
