Yellow Rice Recipe:
Ingredients
2 cups of white rice
1/2 red and yellow bell pepper
1 small onion
1 stalk scallion
2 cloves of garlic
1 chicken bouillon
1 pack of Sazon (saffron)
3 cups of water
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
1/4 cup of olive oil
Add salt to your taste
Bonus: Sauteed String beans & Carrots
Ingredients
1 cup fresh string beans
1/2 cup of carrots
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Add salt and black pepper to taste
