How did you buy your first place? I would love to get into property development. Just feels impossible! Are your bathroom suites Victoria Plumb? I'm a plumber, I fit bathrooms, kitchens boilers and I'm a tiler. I want to get into this kind of stuff. Do you guys do the majority of the work yourself?
Thanks for commenting mate it’s great to see your interest. From start to finish in terms of refurb it will take 6 months, then a further 2 months to refinance to recycle the cash. I have another project in the meantime whilst waiting for refinance so will look to jump onto that refurb after finishing this one 👍🏼
