You’re in Arizona now?! You don’t know this but you played a big part in me leaving California to live in Phoenix. Early last year I felt God begin nudging me to leave where I was and the career I was pursuing. I was hesitant to make that leap until I randomly (Holy Spirit led me) stumbled upon your channel and your videos of faith encouraged me so immensely to walk out on the water to where He was calling me.
Yes!!! That's how we felt too. The Holy Spirit called my husband and I out of CA to move to AZ. We lived in WeHo (what I used to fondly call "The Modern Day Sodom and Gomorrah") for 15 years. The lifestyle didn't bother us back then. 3 years ago, He touched our numbed hearts and His voice became so strong, we couldn't ignore it anymore. He lined up everything so we can be out of WeHo and be in Phoenix within 2 weeks. It was a huge leap of faith for us. The enemy tried to discourage us several times during those early months after the move. But looking back at it, those trials made us stronger for God's purpose. We don't earn the same salary here like we did in CA however He has blessed us with so much more and we never felt lacking. Most importantly, I now work in a job where I do not need to compromise my faith. I pray that the Holy Spirit will encourage you when you need it. God bless.

A disappointment is usually room for an appointment. God's No, doesn't mean he don't want you to have, it means His plan is bigger and best. Trust His word where He said His plans for you are of good and not evil to give you an expected hope. I am agreeing with you for better and multiple opportunities to come your way soon. This was a great testimony! It reminds me of how God called me to Japan 2 years ago. I love how your decisions weren't based on what you wanted to do. You inquired of the Lord multiple times to make sure it was what He wanted. You both could have easily went to Arizona whenever you wanted to. But you waited for God's answer. Doing things when we want to isn't faith, but preparing ourselves and being ready and willing to jump when God says jump is faith. Because we trust that his timing is perfect. All of this just also reminds me of the parable of the virgins with oil in Matthew 25. Thank you for always sharing your testimonies it keeps me motivated in diving deeper in my relationship with God and sticking strong in the faith!
Also, forgot to mention in my video that we left the church on great terms with the blessing of the pastors! They are our spiritual family and we love them and the church dearly. So interesting how the last time I watched one of your videos, I was praying for a job. God led me to a job right in Phoenix, AZ and it has been wonderfully challenging. God is so faithful
i stay in Downtown Phoenix about a 14 minute walk from the Phoenix Suns Arena an a 90 second drive to i 10 Freeway an i make $ 15.25 an hour an pay 800 bucks for a Nice 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment , GOD has been Good to Me, even when i hurt an im not sure .

This was SO on time! I know that God is leading me to move from the DMV area and like you said, the last 2 years have been me relinquishing things that would tie me to the area (living situation, ministry roles, etc) and I am now in position to go asap when God says Yes. All I am waiting on is a job offer but also preparing my heart, mind, and BUDGET lol if He says Go before the job. Thank you for this video of encouragement!

I’ve been praying about this job and actually just had my first prayer connect group meeting for church last night where I had an encounter with God and he spoke to me through some of the elder women in my group regarding different things. Prayer would be appreciated just that God would go before me for this situation and keep me diligent because as much as I believe God has qualified me, there would still be a lot to learn in this role as well. And if this role is not for me I pray God leads me to do his will in whatever work I do. Thank you again, your videos have been an inspiration! R Wr hello R Wr! I only lived in AZ for a year parts of my sophomore and junior year in HS. I went to Catalina Magnet HS which I loved because of the people I met, but it wasn’t the best school. There are good schools in the area however. The weather is great except the summers and it’s a very diverse population (compared to where I was coming from New Hampshire) and I would say it’s much more affordable than New England, and pretty safe but it is more of an urban city so you need to be careful. I keep seeing Arizona uhaul trucks and car license plates. My dad is being called to move and now making plans to move to Arizona. We are visiting there in a month for a few days to look at houses. I’ve never felt more called. Also, I was watching a movie a month ago and in the movie the character was an “Arizona boy” 🌵🤔 And idk I just felt something when the character was called that.

Hi Alyssa, thank you so much for sharing your story. I have been trying to relocate from the SF Bay Area to Los Angeles ever since I graduated college (went to college in Los Angeles) in May of 2018. Finding a job has been tough but this video was right on time for me! I felt the prayer in my spirit and even though it gets frustrating sometimes, I’m waiting on the Lord’s perfect timing.

Got out of all church ministries and God also told me to quit my job. I have one suitcase packed and all my stuff organized and ready to quickly pack up when I get the word from the Lord. Omg I’d love the weather out there so sunny and bright. Jealous you get to be a stay at home mom too my husband isn’t able to financially support us alone so I’ve been holding out on having a kid bc I think I’d be too stressed with work and a child and it’s also sooo expensive. Wow Alyssa, I just am so blessed to hear your stories each time. I see how God is ever so faithful and powerful in your life. I can't help but reminisce how faithful He's been and always is in mine. I actually feel like in more ways than one, our testimonies have similarities! Maybe that's just cause it's the same Holy Spirit at work!:) Hallelujah! I've had similar struggles before coming to Christ, I didnt understand or grasp that He was truly real, and I had to come to the point where I had to ask Him for a sign too. He showed me powerfully how He has always been in the background, years before I even said yes to Jesus, pursuing me and leading me to Him in His rich mercy. I had dated around before and I guess I can just call it a part of my life where I was "building up my testimony"..ahah but yeah, I decided to surrender to God and see how His plan for me unfolds. A month after, I met my boyfriend, a friend from college in another country, who happened to like me from back in college and also happened to be my neighbor here in California, and who had been praying for a woman of God who was Spanish (I'm mostly Filipino,1/8 Spanish lol!) We love the Lord and continue to seek and honor Him in our relationship now. Oh, and he's a pharmacist too! What did I tell you? :) Ahh, and the housing issues I used to have -our landlord was going to sell the house and we had to find another place in a few months. We found a temporary place nearby and then a month after, had to find another place again because somehow the owner of that place just changed her mind. All the while we were praying for God to lead us to a new dwelling place, it's just me and my mom here too. So I prayed to God to lead us to a new place, one that was our own. My mom heard of a friend of hers that was retiring to the Philippines soon and renting out her house. So long story short, we were able to move in to her place and have the place to ourselves! I found that the temporary place was just God asking us to trust Him, and that He already had the place for us to dwell in. I'm able to study more effectively here now too (aspiring dentist) since its just us, and we were able to get a good deal for an entire house to ourselves, considering we live in Cali! Wow this is getting long:) so let me just say: God's ways are indeed awe-inspiring! God is in the details! God bless you Alyssa as you continue to share His love with the world!

I’ve been praying about moving to Arizona for years. A year ago I landed a job with a company I had wanted to work for for a long time so I stayed put. Recently it’s been on my heart to move again and I’ve been praying and asking for signs. And I’m getting them in every way possible! I am subscribed to you and haven’t seen a video from you in a while and this morning this video comes up! I’m working on a certification from my job and once I’m done I’ll be getting my move on.

Chile! The Lord told me to move to Brooklyn. I was so fearful yet I received so much confirmation. God literally pushed me out the other city. I obey and left. It all fell into place through God's devine plan. Praying for you.
@@tamerawilliams1781 I already was employed and transferred to the Secaucus, NJ branch (North Jersey). It became too exhausting so I applied for an internal position on the Upper West Side. I got the job (HALLELUJAH). When God calls you to go somewhere, you must obey. I didn't have everything figured out. When God told me to move, He specifically said, "Brooklyn". When I moved here I was staying in Manhattan (@ a friend's house). Until I obeyed (left Manhattan), that's when I got the apartment and was offered the job on the Upper West Side. Where He guides, He will provide. When He told me to "move", I cried my heart out. My funds were sketchy. But in my heart I knew He was gonna take care of me. Tamera, you got this! Trust Him. Also, everyone is not gonna understand. In the beginning, I made the mistake of asking for opinions. So many people tried to talk me out of it. I knew God called me to there. I would advice you to keep your move between you and God. Remember you got this! I am rooting for you sister. Keep seeking God. He will guide you. God bless you Hun.

This video was right on time and gave me so much peace and confirmation. God placed Ecc. 3:11 on my heart and mind Jan. 1st and it seemed like my anxiousness in waiting and believing that was tested quickly. I literally had to say Lord take every thought captive, help me to see what you see and confirm your will. I cannot explain how enlightened I am to see your face back on my UA-cam feed. Believe it or not, I enjoy hearing the wonderful acts of God in your life. It gives me so much HOPE. Honestly, I can't help but smile throughout your videos because you have that natural light in you. Thank you for coming back! Something I have been battling is the decision to move. Move departments where I work, move to a new city, or a new state? The topics that came to mind while you were talking was MOVE and PATIENCE. That is SO difficult when it seems like everything is forcing you to move out and you can't help but feel like it's about that time! I, too, am a person driven by emotions. WOO GIRL! I ask myself WHY because your emotions can get the BEST of you. That in itself is so dangerous. I will look at your video as God telling me, he's heard my cry (#1), and how will I get his attention on a deeper level (#2) Fasting and prayer! Praying is something I''ve done very little only because I look to other sources and people for help. I have not sought out the kingdom of God first, i can admit. I can’t wait to hear about that experience. I went to my first mission trip in Uganda to an orphanage. That is a testimony in its own. It was phenomenal 🙌🏿😊.

You are a gift from God. My Husband and I have been praying and debating if we should move to Phoenix. And after we watched this video I must say the Holy Spirit spoke through you to both of us. We are faithful Christians as well. I was so nervous about not finding a good church if we moved. What church do you attend? Or some of the best churches that you know of in Phoenix?
No word of a lie I saw this video maybe two nights ago and within the space of maybe 15 hours the next day I was mysteriously contacted by an agency who saw my cv and wanted to put me forward for a job and long story short within perhaps 48 hours max I was interviewed with only a days notice given the night before and offered the job before close of business the day after (just yesterday)07/02/2019!)I was contacted about the job. The night I watched your video I attended prayer evening at church which was a huge step for me because I barely know anyone in the church that God directed me to go back to (I had visited briefly over a year or so before) and I wasn’t expecting them to encourage us to pray for one another but thought we would be interceding for the community and two elder women came forward and prayed for me and I just said by faith afterwards can you pray for me for a job and one of the ladies excitedly said “He (Daddy God) is great at finding people jobs He just gave me 2”. When I came home your video was suggested and I had seen it floating but not clicked on it previously but felt it was timely. During the night I got a little overwhelmed and inpatient (I didn’t even complete the video) but the Lord continued to minister to me with songs and love. The job is literally the most perfect match of a job for me in every way and I was reminded of a specific prophecy of a sister who declared what she could see me doing in my next job. The job is a new position that they created and I had the most amazing feedback from the interviewers/employers saying that “I was well prepared” I literally had one evening to prepare and even from the point of the agency calling to cross check my experience words of knowledge started to come to mind and I continued downloading even up to now creative ideas. I start on Monday! For the first time I understand why people who are called to be together either in marriage, friendships even moving to different city’s, towns because when there is agreement in heaven you don’t need to be confounded by earthly time constraints your steps are just ordered by the Lord.

A disappointment is usually room for an appointment. God's No, doesn't mean he don't want you to have, it means His plan is bigger and best. This was a great testimony! It reminds me of how God called me to Japan 2 years ago. I love how your decisions weren't based on what you wanted to do. You inquired of the Lord multiple times to make sure it was what He wanted. You both could have easily went to Arizona whenever you wanted to. But you waited for God's answer. Doing things when we want to isn't faith, but preparing ourselves and being ready and willing to jump when God says jump is faith. Because we trust that his timing is perfect.
All of this just also reminds me of the parable of the virgins with oil in Matthew 25. Thank you for always sharing your testimonies it keeps me motivated in diving deeper in my relationship with God and sticking strong in the faith!
Also, forgot to mention in my video that we left the church on great terms with the blessing of the pastors! They are our spiritual family and we love them and the church dearly.

So interesting how the last time I watched one of your videos, I was praying for a job. God led me to a job right in Phoenix, AZ and it has been wonderfully challenging. God is so faithful
i stay in Downtown Phoenix about a 14 minute walk from the Phoenix Suns Arena an a 90 second drive to i 10 Freeway an i make $ 15.25 an hour an pay 800 bucks for a Nice 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment , GOD has been Good to Me, even when i hurt an im not sure .

This was SO on time! I know that God is leading me to move from the DMV area and like you said, the last 2 years have been me relinquishing things that would tie me to the area (living situation, ministry roles, etc) and I am now in position to go asap when God says Yes. All I am waiting on is a job offer but also preparing my heart, mind, and BUDGET lol if He says Go before the job. Thank you for this video of encouragement!

Thank you Alyssa for sharing this testimony!! I literally just got home from a 5 hour job interview and this was the first video on my feed which I’ve been meaning to watch! I’ve been praying about this job and actually just had my first prayer connect group meeting for church last night where I had an encounter with God and he spoke to me through some of the elder women in my group regarding different things. Prayer would be appreciated just that God would go before me for this situation and keep me diligent because as much as I believe God has qualified me, there would still be a lot to learn in this role as well. And if this role is not for me I pray God leads me to do his will in whatever work I do. Thank you again, your videos have been an inspiration! R Wr hello R Wr! I only lived in AZ for a year parts of my sophomore and junior year in HS. I went to Catalina Magnet HS which I loved because of the people I met, but it wasn’t the best school. There are good schools in the area however. The weather is great except the summers and it’s a very diverse population (compared to where I was coming from New Hampshire) and I would say it’s much more affordable than New England, and pretty safe but it is more of an urban city so you need to be careful. It's crazy you moved to Arizona, cause months ago i ask my husband where would he like to move to and he said Arizona. then like a week or two later my brother got a Dog and named her Arizona. then I was watching a youtube video and found out Jordan sparks is from Arizona. and then I see this video LOL. I keep seeing Arizona uhaul trucks and car license plates. My dad is being called to move and now making plans to move to Arizona. We are visiting there in a month for a few days to look at houses. I’ve never felt more called. Also, I was watching a movie a month ago and in the movie the character was an “Arizona boy” 🌵🤔 And idk I just felt something when the character was called that.

Hi Alyssa, thank you so much for sharing your story. I have been trying to relocate from the SF Bay Area to Los Angeles ever since I graduated college (went to college in Los Angeles) in May of 2018. Finding a job has been tough but this video was right on time for me! I felt the prayer in my spirit and even though it gets frustrating sometimes, I’m waiting on the Lord’s perfect timing.

Got out of all church ministries and God also told me to quit my job. I have one suitcase packed and all my stuff organized and ready to quickly pack up when I get the word from the Lord. Jealous you get to be a stay at home mom too my husband isn’t able to financially support us alone so I’ve been holding out on having a kid bc I think I’d be too stressed with work and a child and it’s also sooo expensive. Wow Alyssa, I just am so blessed to hear your stories each time. I see how God is ever so faithful and powerful in your life. I can't help but reminisce how faithful He's been and always is in mine. I actually feel like in more ways than one, our testimonies have similarities! Maybe that's just cause it's the same Holy Spirit at work!:) Hallelujah!
I've had similar struggles before coming to Christ, I didnt understand or grasp that He was truly real, and I had to come to the point where I had to ask Him for a sign too. He showed me powerfully how He has always been in the background, years before I even said yes to Jesus, pursuing me and leading me to Him in His rich mercy.
I had dated around before and I guess I can just call it a part of my life where I was "building up my testimony"..ahah but yeah, I decided to surrender to God and see how His plan for me unfolds. A month after, I met my boyfriend, a friend from college in another country, who happened to like me from back in college and also happened to be my neighbor here in California, and who had been praying for a woman of God who was Spanish (I'm mostly Filipino,1/8 Spanish lol!) We love the Lord and continue to seek and honor Him in our relationship now. Oh, and he's a pharmacist too! What did I tell you? :)
Ahh, and the housing issues I used to have -our landlord was going to sell the house and we had to find another place in a few months. We found a temporary place nearby and then a month after, had to find another place again because somehow the owner of that place just changed her mind. All the while we were praying for God to lead us to a new dwelling place, it's just me and my mom here too. So I prayed to God to lead us to a new place, one that was our own. My mom heard of a friend of hers that was retiring to the Philippines soon and renting out her house. So long story short, we were able to move in to her place and have the place to ourselves! I found that the temporary place was just God asking us to trust Him, and that He already had the place for us to dwell in. I'm able to study more effectively here now too (aspiring dentist) since its just us, and we were able to get a good deal for an entire house to ourselves, considering we live in Cali! Wow this is getting long:) so let me just say: God's ways are indeed awe-inspiring! God is in the details! God bless you Alyssa as you continue to share His love with the world!

I’ve been praying about moving to Arizona for years. A year ago I landed a job with a company I had wanted to work for for a long time so I stayed put. Recently it’s been on my heart to move again and I’ve been praying and asking for signs. And I’m getting them in every way possible! I am subscribed to you and haven’t seen a video from you in a while and this morning this video comes up! I’m working on a certification from my job and once I’m done I’ll be getting my move on.

@@tamerawilliams1781 I already was employed and transferred to the Secaucus, NJ branch (North Jersey). It became too exhausting so I applied for an internal position on the Upper West Side. I got the job (HALLELUJAH). When God calls you to go somewhere, you must obey. I didn't have everything figured out. When God told me to move, He specifically said, "Brooklyn". When I moved here I was staying in Manhattan (@ a friend's house). Until I obeyed (left Manhattan), that's when I got the apartment and was offered the job on the Upper West Side. Where He guides, He will provide. When He told me to "move", I cried my heart out. My funds were sketchy. But in my heart I knew He was gonna take care of me. Tamera, you got this! Trust Him. Also, everyone is not gonna understand. In the beginning, I made the mistake of asking for opinions. So many people tried to talk me out of it. I knew God called me to there. I would advice you to keep your move between you and God. Remember you got this! I am rooting for you sister. Keep seeking God. He will guide you. God bless you Hun.

Something I have been battling is the decision to move. Move departments where I work, move to a new city, or a new state? The topics that came to mind while you were talking was MOVE and PATIENCE. That is SO difficult when it seems like everything is forcing you to move out and you can't help but feel like it's about that time! I, too, am a person driven by emotions. WOO GIRL! I ask myself WHY because your emotions can get the BEST of you. That in itself is so dangerous.
I will look at your video as God telling me, he's heard my cry (#1), and how will I get his attention on a deeper level (#2) Fasting and prayer! Praying is something I''ve done very little only because I look to other sources and people for help. I have not sought out the kingdom of God first, i can admit. Thank you, GIRL for bringing this to my attention. I know now what I need to do. DISCIPLINE PEOPLE.. BITE down. Know that God will always have your back when you seek him and his will. No word of a lie I saw this video maybe two nights ago and within the space of maybe 15 hours the next day I was mysteriously contacted by an agency who saw my cv and wanted to put me forward for a job and long story short within perhaps 48 hours max I was interviewed with only a days notice given the night before and offered the job before close of business the day after (just yesterday)07/02/2019!)I was contacted about the job.
The night I watched your video I attended prayer evening at church which was a huge step for me because I barely know anyone in the church that God directed me to go back to (I had visited briefly over a year or so before) and I wasn’t expecting them to encourage us to pray for one another but thought we would be interceding for the community and two elder women came forward and prayed for me and I just said by faith afterwards can you pray for me for a job and one of the ladies excitedly said “He (Daddy God) is great at finding people jobs He just gave me 2”. When I came home your video was suggested and I had seen it floating but not clicked on it previously but felt it was timely. During the night I got a little overwhelmed and inpatient (I didn’t even complete the video) but the Lord continued to minister to me with songs and love. The job is literally the most perfect match of a job for me in every way and I was reminded of a specific prophecy of a sister who declared what she could see me doing in my next job. The job is a new position that they created and I had the most amazing feedback from the interviewers/employers saying that “I was well prepared” I literally had one evening to prepare and even from the point of the agency calling to cross check my experience words of knowledge started to come to mind and I continued downloading even up to now creative ideas. I start on Monday! For the first time I understand why people who are called to be together either in marriage, friendships even moving to different city’s, towns because when there is agreement in heaven you don’t need to be confounded by earthly time constraints your steps are just ordered by the Lord.
