Wow, great video, and you are batting 1000 with me with your videos lately because in addition to taking my door panels off soon, I'm also planning to replace all the coolant hoses and so this video if yours will help me a lot with that too. Thanks. If you're taking requests, could you do one showing how to swap in the JDM trans gears and NSX-R final drive? Also on my list :)
Thanks for the positive feedback! Unfortunately I already did the gears and had a professional do them for me. I would suggest the same for most people as it’s very involved and requires some special tools and making sure tolerances are correct. I did save money though by removing my trans myself (which is why I have a video for trans removal). Sorry to disappoint!
@@ChrisLumNSX No worries, that helps a lot! I've done lots of work on cars but never any transmission work, so I wasn't sure. I was hoping it was as simple as cracking open the trans case and just swapping parts in. Knowing you decided it was more than you should take on definitely tells me it's more than I should, and I'll check out your video on removing the trans so I can at least save some good money on that part of the job!
