And whether you're designing eLearning, instructor-led, or any type of training, action mapping can help ensure your learning experiences drive measurable results. But have you ever seen one come together in real-time?

I am my own 'stakeholder' in a technique I have developed over 40 years and I have been wrestling with the structure of a blended programme to teach it for literally years. I recently subscribed to your channel after watching your presentation on Techsmith and out of the blue UA-cam presented me with this today. I watched it and the scales fell from my eyes. One free subscription to Miro and an action and outcome focused mind map later has enabled me to make more progress in the past couple of hours than in the past two years. Thank you.
