@lion I was totally thinking about this, some folks don't realize you can usually find really good furniture deals on show models when it's no longer needed on the sales floor. We recently replaced my mom's bed frame with a floor model that was so cheap!

mysticdaredevil they should all get together and have a party with the roadkill that’s cooked in the pan with the plyer handle and eat it off the dishes that were washed in the pool and sit on all the crappy furniture. And all should talk about new ideas on how they can be even more cheap.
The neon cosmonaut yeah the family in Idaho thought a dollar was too much for a plain yellow t-shirt. The family has 10 kids but only five live in the house. I assume the other 5 were able to escape and they literally go out to the middle of nowhere to find roadkill and flowers and that’s all they’ll eat. One of the teenage girls was given a really old dress to wear and she legit asked her mom if she could burn it. Her friend was gonna take her clothes shopping but her mom would only take them to a thrift store or whatever they’re called and yeah. That’s where the dollar being too much for a yellow t-shirt came from cause apparently she could get it at a garage sale cheaper 🤷♀️ I find that incredibly stupid but oh well can’t stop people doing what they want. I’m just surprised they’re not ill from eating roadkill cause they don’t know if it’s infected or not

Yes! Second hand furniture is all I've ever really bought/had. I have one love seat that cost 50 bucks, one free love seat (that's in better condition than the 50 bucks one), and a dining room table and chairs that cost 100 bucks.

I got mine for free working the storage facility at Uhaul. Brand new couch and live seat. Still have it and it's wonderful.
